This review is for the Thousand Oaks location…read more Very racist manager Johnnie she knew I would write the review and proudly yelled her name about the situation. I came with my spouse & 1 year old. I asked the manager for recommendations but she interrupted me with "you can read the sign next to me" Once I made my purchases she charged me extra and cut the time from 15 minutes to 5 minutes once i walked to the first jumó house. I felt uncomfortable with the hostility and demands they had and the attitude they had talking to the kids because of being "short staff" but there was only 2 families there at 11am. I felt unwelcomed and asked if there is a solution to use remaining tickets for something else. The coworker I was speaking with was very sweet and told me no refunds. As we were heading out the manger interrupted our convo and said "what's the problem." I expressed my concerns and she did not like the answer I said about it feeling unwelcoming/bad energy. That is when my fiancé asked what is happening I said nothing let's leave. As we were heading out, the manager demanded me to walk back to the booth & yelled "you can have your refund but you are forever kicked out of here." I told her there's many more welcoming pumpkin patches to enjoy and that's when she threaten she will use her power (a white woman towards a Native American in calling security and finding a reason to get me in jail" mind you, we were already leaving! That's when she got out the booth to get more aggressive with us and threaten to use her privilege get us behind bars. this..so ridiculous.. I would NOT come to this place with children. She clearly did NOT like the way we looked the moment we step foot. No one should harass you at a pumpkin patch. No one should follow you as you're already exiting the premises with your family to instigate and threaten us of harm. The pictures & video show she was the aggressor. Her fists gives it away how mucus he wanted to fights. Who acts this way while WORKING?! This is very concerning especially over something so MINOR. This place should be shut down for discrimination, aggressive behavioral, racial slurs. Families just come to enjoy a fun day while people like this come for an evil agenda.

(Thousand Oaks Blvd. - not Moorpark)…read more Well - I have been coming her for about 20 years for our Christmas tree. This year a woman named Johnny was running the cash stand and represented herself as the manager. My mother who is 75 and my six year old daughter were with me. My mother has come here for as long as I can remember (born and raised in Thousand Oaks.) I had already picked out my tree and was up to pay for it when Johnny told me that my 11 foot tree needed three people to deliver. (Not the end of the world.) That said it was 20 dollars per person and a 50 dollar delivery fee. I tip each person who comes 20 dollars when they deliver so this was a lot of money for a three minute drive. I asked why three people & explained that last year I bought a 13 foot tree and only two people delivered. Her first words were that is fine I will cancel the purchase. I said no immediately & I was trying to run the math in my head & figure out if I should try & brave it and bring it home on my car. Long story I was talking with the kid who was helping me (he was wonderful!) and my Mom went up and started asking about the policy and the new fees. Johnny screamed at my Mom loudly in front of my daughter & told us she would call the cops and have us removed from "her property." I walked over and she had canceled my purchase and threw the receipt in my Mom's face. So they lost $500 plus any tip for the poor kid who had already dragged the tree back over. Thankfully we went to Benett's (sic?) in Agoura right on Kanan. Lovely people and our new tree is lovely. Such a shame to see a TO fixture come to this. I will never come here again until the owner confirms that Johnny has been terminated. My daughter was sobbing when we got in the car & the "Christmas Spirit" is not here. There are so many other places - stay away and do our community a favor.

Being over 1500 miles away and purchasing sight unseen, Anneliese made the process very easy. From contract signing to payment to vet records, I felt that I was making the best, informed decision. He arrived in great shape and you can really see the work/foundation her team puts into handling and putting "first lessons" onto the babies. I was told he loaded perfectly onto the trailer and he unloaded in the middle of the night like a champ. This team really knows their stuff and they really care about their horses/clients. In my opinion, Three Wishes Farm breeds some of the best, top of the line warmbloods for sport.

Anneliese has have been my Sherpa through that Himalayas of horse raising: my amazing 2-yr-old is a testament to that effort. She's kept me informed, and made me feel more like a part of the process instead of just a paying customer. Purchasing an in-utero foal is an endeavor fraught with risk and few guarantees; but I am grateful that I've done so at Three Wishes Farm. I went there hoping for just a live birth, what I got was a living legacy--one that I can truly call my own. For that, I am thankful.
