It was on the east side, so that was a big win for me. I did have to pay a deposit for the appointment, I am guessing that is due to people no-showing. I walked in feeling very welcome as they had my name on a little board in front. The studio itself is really lovely and elegant looking. I will say up front they continue to take COVID protocols seriously which is very smart, and I did have to wear my mask the entire time which was totally fine. I was there about two hours for a fill. The young lady who took care of me was very professional and nice. It was clear she really took her profession seriously and was very informative about good lash care. She did a really nice job. My only negative was some light commentary on my current lashes and some criticism of that work. I know absolutely the quality of the lash care I have been getting for many years and it rubbed me the wrong way. I received a thank you email, phone call AND card post the appointment which I thought was an incredible touch. While I am absolutely loyal to my gal who owns her own salon and has been doing a beautiful job with me for 5+ years, I would definitely come here if I was in the market for a new permanent home for my lashes.

She asked what style I wanted and I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. 3hrs later and a very uncomfortable experience with what felt like my lashes were being plucked out, i got a completely different look than what I showed her. Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". I just personally would not recommend going here for lashes, especially for the price.

I did book just a traditional last shift but when I got there, she explained the benefits of a Korean lash lift, and I decided to try it. It definitely felt faster than the traditional lash lift and had less of that strong perm smell, which I liked I just got them done this week so time will tell if they last as long as a traditional, but I was told they should last around 4 to 6 weeks. It is definitely more expensive than the traditional lash lift so I hope that it's worth it. Overall, I did really appreciate Estefania and her work. She is very meticulous and her space was very clean and peaceful.
