I didn't notice this until I got home because the dogs (I have two that were there to be done) were screaming and barking - so I left quickly. I left a $15.00 tip on top of it. They didn't bother to tell me about this nasty chunk out of her eye area. Just barely missed her eyeball. On top of it their hair cuts are not the best - always had good grooming but today's was terrible. Possibly new groomer??? I'm upset and won't be taking my dogs back. I did really like going here.

They take the time to make sure you get a kitten that is a perfect fit for your needs and wants. Our main focus was getting an exotic looking cat, but making sure it was well socialized. We ended up selecting an F3 Savannah. From the moment he arrived, our little man has been a cuddler and very interested in any and all visitors. We are so happy. Don't get me wrong, this is not a docile kitten by any means. Like any youngster, he wants to play, and fetch is his favorite activity. Any mouse or plush object with a furry or feathery tail is ideal. Usually our arms tire out before he does. Lol! He brings so much fun and entertainment to our home. And as I type this he has finally fallen asleep curled up between my husband and I. He has given me a short reprieve tonight as his favorite spot is laying across my chest. :-) Dale and Holly are spectacular to work with. She called our vet and checked up on us, I thought that was great. The place was as clean as you can hope an animal shelter can be. We drove an hour to RVAR in hopes that this cute pup would fit into our family. Dawn brought us into a room and then brought our pup into the room. She sat with us for awhile and watched. Then she gave us as much time as we needed alone with our pup. We absolutely fell in love our new baby. He's the perfect fit for our family and we decided to adopt him. RVAR rescued him, his 2 siblings, and their mom from a kill shelter in Kentucky and we will be forever grateful to RVAR! Michele is very engaging, hands on, and extremely knowledgeable. Her flexibility with being able to come to our home or train virtually was also great. She uses very positive training techniques followed up by downloadable email notes and articles related to what we just trained on and other training not covered during that session. She also provides many product reviews which was extremely helpful for purchasing items for our puppy. Throughout the training it became apparent to Michele that our puppy might be dealing with anxiety issues that at first was a major pain point for our family to the point of almost having to re-home our new puppy. Michele worked with us and pointed us in the right direction to have our dog evaluated with our vet. We did discover that our pup does indeed have an anxiety issue. After patience from Michele and medication for our puppy, the training literally changed for the positive within a couple of days which made us eventually change our mind about re-homing and continue to work with Michele until the end of our scheduled training.
