With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Everything was beautifully clean, and my home smelled divine. It was also a fair price for the quality of the work. I will be using them monthly and can't wait for my next clean.
