Not the fault of the store but when you can't try anything on that is incredibly frustrating. Then to return it (difficult when I live out of town) in the time frame only to get store credit to buy something else that may or may not fit and start the process over again is ridiculous. It would be one thing if the prices weren't so high to take a chance on something not fitting. The store credit thing is silly, other businesses don't operate that way. I have been shopping at Goodwill most of my life and spent a ton of money there, no more.

The only positive we encounter was the lady at the check in/ check out desk. That...was....all. My son and I brought our 10 month old puppy in to be fixed this morning, while the lady at the check in desk was VERY helpful and super sweet, the man who I walked back with to kennel my pup was cold, short in manners and personality. I kenneled my pup and asked if I needed to remove his collar, in which he replied "no leave it" so I did. I came to pick up my pup at 11:30 am and there was a middle aged women sitting on the bench inside (she had a name tag but I was so angry at her I didn't catch her name) trimming a smaller dogs nails. She immediately started scolding me (in front of other customers) about leaving the collar on my dog which I told her that the man who walked me back instructed me to do so as she rolled her eyes and started again on the collar I choose to use for my dog, stating "you have no business using that collar" ( it's a training collar, for a BIG dog. And it's for HIS safety while walking) and stopped at NOTHING short of accusing me of abusing my pup. Which can be widely disputed by MANY!!! Even the lady at the counter was NOT HAPPY with this lady and her big mouth. The lady at the counter did in fact apologize for this big mouths tirade, but still. You are an employee/volunteer you are NOT a professional in any capacity what so ever which you very clearly showed by your actions today. I had honestly hoped for a better experience today, to the sweet lady at the front desk, thank you, for being decent, for being kind, for trying to make this a more pleasant experience.

I have volunteered for many animal welfare organizations in many states and the Flathead Spay &…read moreNeuter Task Force is among the finest. They are an all-volunteer organization and they spay & neuter several thousand dogs and cats each year for the pets of low-income people. The Task Force has now altered well over 50,000 animals. Volunteers work long hours because they care about the animals. Due in part to the Task Force's efforts, the euthanasia rate at the County Animal Shelter has gone from over 65% of the dogs and cats being euthanized over the years to less than 3% today. Our County Shelter is now one of the best in the country. Thankfully it rarely happens, but it is sad when the hard work these volunteers put forth is met with petty complaints. Such demanding people take advantage of the extremely low-cost pet surgeries and then bad mouth the volunteers that put in long hours to make all this possible. Without these dedicated volunteers the Task Force would cease to exist. It is a shame that big egos and small hearts would disrespect the beautiful work these volunteers do.

Its a very quaint little…read morestore with very cute stuff, everything from home decor to simple jewelry, and some nice pieces of furniture. The owners were very welcoming and sweet. They even have a little venue in the back that you can rent out for parties and special occasions. I will be back for christmas to buy some gifts for my friends here. I love to support local businesses, and its great to see main street having cute stores like Bestow and Fawn.
