Overall it was well attended, we enjoyed our food (they also have chicken if you don't feel like fish), and they had miller lite at the bar which is always good for me. They probably have other beers too, but I'm not that fancy anymore. The folks running the fry were very friendly and we met some other nice local folks and chatted with them while we ate and drank. The building itself is oldskool and homey. Like your grandparents basement bar/rec room. Overall, I'd recommend their public events if you want an opportunity to go meet some new people and get out of the house.

Salad was basic but good. Soup was out of this world. An excellent italian tomato veggie soup. Great folks. Good crowd. Plenty of seating. Its buffet style so be prepared. Parking was a little tough. We did find parking about a block away on the baseball field. Beer was too pricey. $5 for a bottle of Miller lite. Blah. Definitely will be going back, but drinking less beer.

My husband took me out for a fun date on Sunday and we were really excited to go bowling because we…read morehaven't done it in years. Once we got to the bowling area, we were both greeted by a really aggressive, bossy, mean spirited, male employee that looked like he was in his late 50's and has salt and pepper facial hair. The second we got to the desk we felt like we were being scolded by some drill sergeant at boot camp because my husband said we wanted to bowl and he rudely responded with, "you only have about 1 hour to play because there's a party coming and you can only play two games at the most." My husband and I work so much and barely have time to enjoy ourselves and this male employee was extremely rude and we didn't appreciate the tone of voice he used and the fact he was trying to dictate how long we could stay. Employees should always speak to customers with respect and kindness because we are paying to have fun with our hard earned money and not showing up for FREE! I hope the next time we are out for a good time to bowl, we are greeted by a better employee who has great customer service skills and isn't some controlling jerk. Please take this review serious for the integrity of your business. This is a family and couples friendly establishment and your employees should be trained to be nice to customers. I do not appreciate how this male employee spoke to my husband, he needs to tone it down if he wants to keep his job.

First it was my fault for not reading the contract ( I'm grieving and needed a place asap). So I didn't know we were not suppose to bring drinks. Secondly, my family and guess were blocking this and that, they had to move their cars. I'm sure they were cooking up more dissatisfactions with my family. It became a nightmare. When I called for my deposit, (which I called everyday starting Monday), I couldn't get it back because of extensive clean up on the outside and they have pictures. What a lie to keep someone deposit. I personally think and feel because of the drink situation, (which we kept in the car and bought their drinks) they found everything possible to make us look bad.
