My boyfriend and i were traveling from Eagle Colorado to Seattle WA. Prior to leaving on our toad…read moretrip, my bf picked me up out of excitement for our first road trip together. In doing so he felt a sudden pop in his back. For the next 8 hours from Eagle CO to Elko NV he was experiencing excruciating back pain. By the time we got to Elko he asked me to find a chiropractor. I googled local Chiropractors and Sherwood Chiropractic was the second one on the list that i called. It was 4pm on a Monday and most the local Chiropractors closed at 5pm. The first one was not able to get him in. When i called Sherwood and told them about my BFs situation they said come on in. We arrived at 4:30, filled out paperwork and went back to see Doctor Sherwood who quickly assessed my BF and knew what was wrong with him. He had three dislocated ribs. Doctor Sherwood adjusted him three times, with three different positions and he got all three back into place. He then gave him ultrasound therapy, electric pulse therapy, then a cold ice massage to reduce swellings from the process. By this time it was 5:30. He and His staff not only took excellent care of him, they stayed late to do so, knowing full well we would likely not be a returning client since we were literally traveling through town. The next morning my bf was only a little sore from the adjusted but otherwise felt great again! We are extremely grateful for the care, skill and attention Dr. Sherwood and his staff provided to him. Not only do they exemplify tremendous skill and knowledge, they truly care about their patients. We highly recommend them as the best choice in town!

Fo' real kine- Dr. Neilson got me in the same morning that I called. Receptionists were all friendly and pleasant. The Doc was so cool. Fixed my broken molar in less than 15 minutes. The office is extremely clean. I constantly observed them sterilizing. The next week I scheduled a routine cleaning. Chad, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough and exceptionally skilled. Also, if you get sick, hope you had an apt pending, because they book up with apts for weeks out. When you need to get in, they are never available. Another huge thing was they lost all my medical records and after an apt on a Friday they did not send my prescriptions to the pharmacy forcing me to go to the hospital and be seen in the ER to get those prescriptions filled. (antibiotics!!!!) You are talking about YOUR HEALTH, YOU DESERVE BETTER, DONT LOWER YOURSELF TO MORNING STAR STANDARDS!
