Michael Hyde and his staff at Keller Williams Western Montana are the best. Michael has sold…read moreproperties for us before - always very quickly and efficiently. In this last case, he sold our house on Christian Drive (Upper Miller Creek) with the speed and ease of a Super Man. We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. I knew straight away that we had once again picked a winner for running this project. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. After we both tweaked it a little, and my wife and I approved it, our house was then put on the market. It looked good! At lightning speed, the house sold in about 23 days. Full price, cash offer! Our house had been presented so well, and so professionally. Throughout this whole process, Michael and his team kept us informed every step of the way. We were never kept in the dark, wondering what was going to happen next. Every time I had a dumb question or two (emails), he or a member of his staff answered them within minutes. Worth noting is the fact Michael has a wonderful sense of humor. We spent just as much time laughing and jabbing at each other, as we did doing business. Michael is a family man who also loves his profession. He took all the stress out of our trying to sell a house on a timely basis, so we could pack up and move some 2,500 miles to Florida on schedule. He truly made the whole experience a lot of fun for both me and my wife. No stress, quick results - standard procedure for him and his team. Like I said, Michael Hyde of KW is the BEST. I would never consider using any another realtor for selling any of our properties. Marshall Cromwell - Missoula Montana

We built a house in 2019 and Edgell Building went above and beyond to ensure a quality home that exceeded our expectations and made our dreams come true. Now that we have moved into our home we have come to appreciate the quality of sub-contractors that Edgell Building uses. When we had questions or needed adjustments on things the sub-contractors and Edgell Building were both extremely responsive and called us back. In our case, after we moved in, we changed our mind on a few electrical items and hired the sub-contractors to makes some minor light switch changes and some plumbing changes for our irrigation system. It gives me peace of mind that both our general contractor and the sub-contractors back their work without hassle and are available if needed. The quality this builder provides started from the beginning, spending time in meetings helping us make critical decisions about our house design and amenities that were within our budget, Edgell Building was there with us every step of the way. Once construction started things ran smoothly and on time. My wife and I were updated by the Edgell team during all phases of the project and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Edgell Building, on their own, went above and beyond during the construction process to ensure quality that exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Great project management, communication, attention to detail, and keeping the project on budget are very important to building a new home. The Edgell team knocked it out of the park and we can't say enough good things about this company and the employees. From the laborers to the Superintendent to the all the other staff, they went above and beyond to ensure a satisfied customer during construction and after you move in. Thank you Edgell Building for our beautiful home!

It was just her, and she charged $68/hour. I have a 3-storey house. In her 4 hours she did nothing on the upper or lower floors. On the main floor, she worked in the kitchen; the blue flame on my stovetop turned orange after her "work" and I have had to call a gas technician in order to fix it. In the bathroom there was a grey streak in the bath which was still there when she finished. She re-arranged all my shampoos, hairbrush, etc., presumably to make it look as if she had worked there.
