When I call ahead of time trying to get myself lined up in a waiting list, she tells me the best thing to do is to call back in an hour, but when I call back the phone doesn't even have a dial tone. Not to mention the first several rides I got from this service, I was told that my fare came out to 20 dollars when I got a ride from a different driver, I found out the same exact trip was really only supposed to cost 12-14. I'm not gonna ride with a service who tells you the fare is much higher than it is just to tip themselves something they don't deserve. Not when they're taking personal calls in the cab and literally yelling at their ex on the phone what a joke

I've tried the competitor cab companies on numerous occasions, and Chesapeake Cab Company is absolutely the way to go. It's less expensive, I always get where I need to go on time, safely, I don't have to wait for two hours like I used to do when I rode with Key Lime, and when Mike is my driver the conversation is always relaxed and enjoyable. He takes care to remember things about my child and me. In fact, my Tuesday mornings with Mike have become one of the highlights of my week!
