However, I can testify, these ladies are GOOD. Michele and her crew are wonderful groomers and caring ladies. I could go on and on about them, but let it suffice, I am very particular about my dogs, so if I say they are good, you can take that to the bank. The thing that first made Michelle stand out against the competition is the way she engages with me as a client. She listens and asks questions, confirming every detail so that her understanding matches whatever vision you have for your dog. The second thing that impresses me with Michelle is the quality of the actual cut. My poodle's feet are evenly trimmed without wisps and there are no lopsided bits. I've had to clean up the cut after other professional groomers, but not with The Dirty Dog. Finally, among the greatest concerns for puppy parents, her shop is clean and smells good. Dogs are dried manually, rather than being left cowering in a cage with loud fans blowing in at them. She and her staff are gentle and kind in handling the pups. She acts as if my dog is the greatest creature to come into her shop; she probably does give every dog a royal welcome, but I think that's a sign of real customer appreciation. I couldn't ask for more or better in a groomer and I highly recommend the business.
