The worst EVER ! Stole my party favors souvenirs! Stole cases of beer Stole my guest alcohol !!! Her and her daughter STOLE MY FRIENDS WALLET AND MONEY , there's video with AUDIO how they planned it !! Food was disgusting Everything was unorganized, late , she had the worst attitude, she didn't have enough food, food was cold, terrible !! First of all the food was not up to our standards, not what you and I had originally discussed. I had specifically requested creamy Caesar salad and the garlic cheese bread. I spoke with Sissy and turned out she helped out with the Italian dressing that was from the party before and helped you reach out to a place to get the bread. The other foods was not what we originally discussed as well. The asparagus were not cooked, bacon was not crispy , the food was cold, the Alfredo pasta that you made at your boyfriend's house for us was delicious. This one was hard, was wheat, hardly any sauce, and no flavor at all. The chicken was, it was too salty and no sauce. The veggies and potatoes were steamed and cold. I thought we were gonna have the veggies and potatoes oven roasted. They were not. Also I paid you $400 for the up lights. the only one that you were able to see was the one behind me, they were never fixed. One thing that we were upset was the utensils. I paid you for metal silverware. We ended up with plastic silverware, something that you and I both did not agree on. Also I did pay you $150 for the bartender to be serving while it was cocktail hour. I felt like I was robbed I was assuming you would help out with the toast, handing the champagne to the guests. We ended up setting up tables, having my guest handout food, chairs ourselves. When all of this should of been done by you and your helpers. Everything was late, wrong and not what you and I originally talked about. So I'm asking you to please refund me some of my money. It's only fair. I paid you to serve food for 180 guest There's was not enough food for 180 guest in our wedding and not everyone ate them. Also I did buy Dos XX beer and modelo brought them to the venue, where did those go ? I did not see those beers at the venue at all. I need to get some money back ! There's lots of things that I'm still not adding to this, also to top it off my guest purse being stolen when we were doing the cleanup. *** Thieves*** Elizabeth's Bartending and catering is a mother daughter cover up for theft. They stole the Michael Kors wallet I brought to a friend's wedding over the weekend. They tried to act like they didn't do it until we showed them the security footage of them stealing it. The father and brother had to yell at them before they confessed to it. They also stole cash from my friends clutch wallet. Such disgusting people!!! The food was cold and disgusting so people had to order food after. The booze was watered down and the stuff people brought was stolen by her too. I hope you both end up in jail! Stealing money from a single mom and things we worked hard to purchase is trashy! So we hired Elizabeth's Catering for our wedding. She was very cool and my husband and I had a lot of fun planning with her to have the perfect wedding. When the wedding came, we got married on 3/19/22, she... well, did not live up to our standards. She was late, the food was extremely cold and some looked like they weren't even cooked. We had a food tasting at her house months ago and it was delicious, so I'm not sure what happened from there. The food was just plain disgusting. We bought packs of beer for the wedding and placed them in the back of the room and then later, it was missing and nowhere to be found. Same thing with the champagne, it was missing and then magically appeared. I was seeing our guests serving the champagne to every table rather than have her and her helpers do it. They didn't even offer to help out. Me and my husband felt like Elizabeth overcharged us for some of the stuff we didn't agree on such as, 1, the utensils, the silverware's were plastic rather than metal instead. 2, we paid for the up-lights for maybe 5 or 6 of them, she only did one and wasn't even fixed. 3, lastly, we paid to have a bartender serve the guests drinks, but she didn't do it and she was the one doing it instead. So practically she robbed us. I feel like as a whole, she was not professional, didn't do what she was suppose to do, ruined our food, robbed us, and didn't live up to our expectations. During the reception, we had one of our guests who was claiming someone stole her purse, we looked up on the cameras and we caught Elizabeth and her daughter in the ACT! They stole the guest's purse and the guest said she had cash in there. Please DO NOT recommend her to cater your wedding, birthday party, OR any other event!
