I have been to two gatherings recently which featured (all you can eat) food. One was a more…read moreformal function and the other was more of a relaxed BBQ type pool party. The commonality of both functions was that the food was absolutely delicious, and while thanking each host/hostess I find that each function was catered by the same catering company, Crafted Cuisine, with Chef Donna Willey at the helm. The food was presented in a manner that any starred restaurant in Las Vegas would be proud to display/serve. As food was there in abundance, menus were at each food station to help me choose from the many varied items available. As I am not a chef I am not qualified to pick the nuances of the prep work. I did find that changing the seasoning just a little can give common things like potato salad a completely new meaning. I highly recommend that you use Crafted Cuisine and Chef Donna as an anchor for your next dinner party or informal gathering. You will be glad you did. Posted by: Don Kennedy, Las Vegas, NV

The food is well prepared, super tasty and displayed beautifully! Even traditional dishes like coleslaw and potato salad take on a whole new dimension when Chef Donna Willey gets ahold of them! Although I'm sure she can do traditional just fine. Her experience as an executive chef in the restaurant world serves her well in this new venture. From setting the menu and choosing appropriate items for the event, to clean-up and exit, she can guide you and make it all happen effortlessly. I'm not much of an entertainer, but you can bet when I do I'll be calling Crafted Cuisine to take the heat off my shoulders and allow me to enjoy my own party!! Great Job, Chef Donna!!

She has great energy and is extremely friendly. The show itself only costs $39.95 but also includes a VIP pass to Studio B Buffet after the show - no waiting in that hour long line! It is well worth the money spent. Helpful hints 1) Get in line early so you get first pick of your seats. Front row center is the best. 2) If you purchase your tickets at the M you do not have to wait in the huge line at Imagine rewards center - just step off to the right ( a solo computer) and someone will comeover to help you. I wish we knew this because we went on a rewards day and stood behind what seemed to be a million people waiting for their free tshirt! hahaha. 3)Keep the information and recipe cards she gives you. They are great! I also loved how much she included the audience. You also get a free martini and samples of everything she prepared during the show. Very cool! After the show when we were in the buffet she even took the time to walk around and personally speak to everyone. I thought that was nice. So what do you get when you mix a good price, a friendly, bubbly host and a free buffet? The Tina Martini Show....so go!
