I would not recommend Send Me to Vegas based on our experience…read more We booked for a group of 22 people after being told by Matthew that this was "the best deal you'll find" and that nobody else offered anything comparable. For $30 per person, we were promised: * 1-1.5 hours at LIV Nightclub with free drinks * A party bus with "legit" free alcohol * Expedited entry into XS Nightclub (we understood we'd buy our own drinks there) Unfortunately, almost none of it lived up to what was advertised. We were instructed to arrive at the Fontainebleau lobby at 10:30 PM. Our entire group arrived early at 10:25 PM. After receiving wristbands, we waited until about 10:45 PM before even beginning the walk across the casino to LIV. Once outside the club, we were given another wristband and waited again before finally entering through the "expedited" line. Even that line took another 15 minutes, security split up our group, and by the time we actually got inside it was around 11:10 PM. Instead of the promised 1-1.5 hours, we had less than 30 minutes in the club before being told to leave at 11:30 PM. The party bus itself was nice, but the "free alcohol" consisted of assorted canned drinks sitting in a soft cooler. The ride from LIV to XS was only about 10 minutes. The biggest issue happened at XS. We followed the promoter's instructions exactly and waited in line for about 15 minutes. Then we were suddenly told that all the men in our group had to pay a $50 cover charge because we were supposedly "late." I immediately called Matthew, who claimed the fee had just been implemented. However, when I spoke directly with the XS staff, I was told something completely different. They said there was a cover charge for men and that Send Me to Vegas had never submitted our group or names to the club, and XS was nearly at capacity. To make matters worse, while I was trying to sort everything out with XS staff and speaking with Matthew on the phone, the promoter simply walked away and left our group in line without any explanation or assistance. In the end, we left without getting into XS and went back to our hotel. This experience felt disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish. We spent a lot of time waiting, received far less than what was promised, and were ultimately left stranded when problems came up. I cannot recommend Send Me to Vegas based on our experience.

These ladies were easy to plan with. Everyone loved the photos ( best keep sake and memories) and had a blast while taking photos. From our initial phone meeting to giving them a big, huge hug at the end of the wedding night--every interaction in between was professional, competent, but most of all, like being with a true friend who we felt really cared about us. As fate would have it, Arlene is also a wedding planner and although we did not hire her for this in an official capacity, she went way above and beyond regular dj/emcee duties by not only giving us pointers and warning us of potential pitfalls, but on the day of our wedding she actually directed foot traffic during the ceremony, which was truly invaluable since we did not have a dress rehearsal the day before. Not an easy task as our parents don't understand English all that well. She and her husband Steffon work so well together that it's a little creepy how they can anticipate each other's moves and read each other's minds as the night goes on. There were zero* snags in the wedding and we have them to thank for it. They may be priced a bit higher than the competition, but with them you absolutely get what you pay for and the peace of mind we had in the weeks leading up to the wedding alone made everything absolutely worth it. Zero regrets other than not booking them sooner. Arlene's voice is beautiful and distinct and I am supremely confident you and your guests will fall in love just like we all did. My wedding would not have been the success it was without Arlene and Steffon's help. I am more than happy to answer any questions if anyone has any.

It is because of her that we chose Sound Fusion for our entertainment. We caught them in passing at a bridal show in Las Vegas and it was seriously like love at first sight (for me). First and foremost, I was looking for a DJ/Emcee that would not wear a bowtie or a shiny vest, or start yelling at my guests to try and take over the reception, or start playing YMCA or The Macarena. If that isn't reason enough to go with Sound Fusion... Why Arlene and Sound Fusion? If you ever have the pleasure of meeting this crew I would be extremely surprised if you weren't blown away by Arlene on the spot. She was charismatic, outgoing, and genuinely interested and excited about what she does. When I called her for the first time after the bridal show, which mind you was almost 4 months later, we talked for almost 2 hours! She wasn't trying to "sell" me on Sound Fusion - we just talked about wedding plans in general: where I was in the process, what vendors I had already lined up, etc. It was like I had found a "soul mate" in the best friend sense from another life. Upon booking Sound Fusion, Arlene wasted no time in getting the process rolling. From setting meeting dates, to song lists, and even making sure I secured the rest of my vendors in a timely manner, Arlene was super-organized through the entire process. I think the best thing about Sound Fusion is how down to earth they are. They have a ton of clients at any given time, but somehow they make you feel like you're their only one. Not only that, it's a family-owned business - Arlene and her husband Steffon are the ones who started it all. I met them together at our first meeting and you could tell that not only did they pour their heart and soul into their business, but that they were each others rocks - keeping each other steady. They had also been through the wedding planning process themselves not too long before us - so could totally relate to all the stresses and choices that had to be made. Arlene also runs an event planning business, which if I had extra money I would have hired her for as well. But, this was just an added bonus in a DJ because her organizational skills are off the charts. A good dj is able to emcee an event and play music that gets people dancing. A great dj is able to do all this and help the wedding go as smooth as silk - which she did! Prior to the wedding, she coordinated with all of my vendors to make sure that everyone had a timeline of the wedding - which is huge for staying on track, especially when you have surprises for the guests built in. She even had a couple surprises for me up her sleeve, which just made the whole experience that much more fun and memorable. I could go on and on about Arlene and Sound Fusion but I'm sure I've babbled enough. Just don't be surprised if you blurt something out like "Just DJ like you're my sister!" or when you're welcomed into the Sound Fusion Family.
