They take time, and show concern. They also have blood draw facilities, so you don't have to go to a separate lab and wait an hour to get your draw. We get in within 10 minutes or so, and they are very smooth with the needles.

Unfortunately, after watching my husband continue to receive care here, it appears that little to nothing has improved. Appointments routinely run 30-45 minutes behind schedule, yet the actual time spent with the provider is often only a few minutes. Visits frequently feel rushed, with limited examination, minimal discussion of findings, and little guidance regarding treatment plans or next steps. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Test results are rarely communicated proactively and often require the patient to contact the office repeatedly for answers. The patient portal is frequently incomplete or outdated, making it difficult to access accurate information about one's own healthcare. Medication management has been equally frustrating. Prescriptions are written, insurance issues arise, pharmacies reach out for prior authorizations or alternative medications, and then nothing happens. Patients are left waiting while pharmacies make repeated attempts to obtain responses from the office. I understand that healthcare practices are busy. I also understand that occasional mistakes happen. What I do not understand is a pattern that has continued for years. These are not isolated incidents. They reflect a consistent lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. As someone who works in healthcare, I know that patients deserve timely updates on test results, clear treatment recommendations, and appropriate follow-up regarding medications and ongoing care. Those expectations are not unreasonable. They are the basics. The only aspect of this practice that appears to function consistently is collecting insurance payments and copays. Unfortunately, the same level of attention does not seem to be given to patient communication or care coordination. After years of seeing the same problems repeated, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for attentive, responsive, patient-centered care.

I adored Jami for the years I've seen her. From adolescence to adulthood, she was fantastic. I had…read moreno complaints for roughly 7ish years. She was the best, most understanding provider. Until she fell off the face of the Earth. I spent the past 6+ months leaving messages, texts, and voicemails literally begging for anything from an appointment to my medical records, just to be met with radio silence. Roughly 7 years of treatment just to be dropped with zero written or electronic communication as to why. This caused me to cold turkey my medication, which caused seizure-like symptoms, during a very bad time of my life, all while being sat wondering how this was allowed or why it was done. She is cash-only, which means I have zero legal rights to anything. Including my medical records. So even if I could afford the psych intake appointment from another provider, I'd be forced to start from square one because of the downright refusal to give me literally any communication. I thought maybe this was because of serious issues in her personal life, but the "operators" of the office insisted she's still in practice for existing patients, so after over 6 months I can only assume it's personal. This is a deplorable, disgusting, and downright unethical way to drop a patient, especially one that was being provided medication. She was fantastic in the past but I can NOT recommend any provider that is willing to vanish on their patients without, at BARE MINIMUM, some form of communication as to why AND the medical record for future providers. She never showed for my appointment today. One I made online over a month ago, after literally several months of not being able to make online appointments and being forced to "call for an appointment." "Calling" just led me to "operators" (it's a call center, honestly) that forward to her number. Which is a voicemail. Which never got responded to. So basically, no appointments. Suddenly one day I was able to request appointments online again!! Only on Friday at 3 or 4PM. And again, she never showed for it anyways. I'm looking into everything I can to do about this, and she isn't taking new patients at this time it seems anyways, but if you are an existing patient of hers looking for ANYTHING: give up. I guess.

Her website does not tell you that she accepts NO insurance. There is no one to ask. When I called…read moreI was put thru to a voicemail asking to leave my info or go online to make appt. Online I made appt and filled out new patient forms that had insurance info section that wanted insurance name, group number and optional photo scan upload. Last page asked for credit card number to be on file. I was suspicious and emailed why that was necessary. Cline wrote back that she does NOT take insurance. If I had gone ahead and given my cc info I would've been charged god knows what while thinking my insurance was being billed. I called out her deceptive actions and she denied any bait and switch. Quote " There was nothing shady. I've cancelled your appointment". Hmm..that's pretty shady to me.
