My medication provider changes every few months because they can't retain staff. And the truth is, this place doesn't care. You, as a patient, don't matter. You are just another insurance payment.

My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning.
