I saw on the reviews that the shipping was quick and immediately placed an order. My order still hadn't shipped by a week, so I sent a message to the email (none of the phone numbers work). I did not get a response. I then sent another one a couple days later and only got the response "I will reach out to the warehouse to have them ship this ASAP". 2 weeks later and the package still is not in the mail. I was charged for the items and I am not sure I will ever get them. What makes it worse is the lack of communication via the only form of communication- email.
