What really made the cleaning special were the little touches: draping the throw blankets across the back of the couch; folding the dish towel hanging from the dishwasher; re-making the sloppily made guest and master beds; eradicating dust and grime from places we didn't even notice - until it was gone. They even found a long lost hair clip from under our couch, so you KNOW they were thorough! Every room, every surface, spotless. I can't wait for our regular monthly recurrences! My husband and I went on vacation and wanted to come back to a deep clean since we are new parents and it has been tiring. WELL, when I returned I was flabbergasted to see the house was barely touched. My SIL stayed during the clean and said that the team could not clean hard stains on the shower door. I was SHOCKED because if you are a professional cleaning crew, you should know how to do it. Then they scratched my stove top. In addition to this the borders were still dusty. The cabinet doors in the bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned. The laundry room was untouched. The list goes on. There were only 2 people and they were here for less than 2 hours. Usually 4 people take anywhere from 2-3 hours. Well, I complained and demanded a deep clean be done the right way. The next day a different cleaning crew arrived. Again 2 people. WELL, they basically just cleaned the areas I complained about. HOW did I know this might you ask. Because some borders I did not mention were still dirty, there were stains in the guest bathroom mirror, the sliding back door was not cleaned, bathroom trash cans were not emptied, etc. Also, THEY GOT ON MY SMART SCALE WITH THEIR SHOES ON TO WEIGH THEMSELVES. I go barefoot on that scale and was disgusted. I regret not waiting for a day that worked for me with VANESSAS CLEANING LLC. My house sparkles at the end. I use them quarterly which is all I need and its the best investment ever. As someone who cleans daily, I notice everything.
