Second time when we scheduled the cleaning it became a NIGHTMARE. If you want 'peace of mind' find other cleaning services. 1) She was scheduled to clean on 9/12/23. I clarified with her a week before, and again the night before (on 9/11 at 6pm she responded ok for 8am on 9/12/23). On 9/12 morning schedule time comes 8am (when she said she will come) -- no update...an hour late no update...no text response...no call response..around 10:30am she says she can do only on that Thursday... 2) I moved many meetingg including my managers meeting and other meetings to make Thursday work for her, even though Friday would have worked better. I let her know that we cleaned up all 3 bathroom sink area, top of bereau and kicthen counters so that it's easy for her to clean...we had all those stuff in boxes for 3 days... 3) Wednesday evening again I confirm the time with her. She says yes to the time and date for Thursday-9/14/23. Same story happens again on Thursday morning! Just like the one on Tuesday-9/12/23. When I came back to make appointment they decided to change what was told to me and say I have to pay $340 for a "deep clean" before they'll ever do a normal cleaning. When i asked why this was said I got snide, rude responses from these people. They dont want or need busy people. I will be also reporting this horrible place to the BBB. Suggestion give your business to someone who actually wants it and provides good customer service. Reply to below: Are you kidding me? Do you not have Google maps or the ability to search addresses? I assure you, rude sir/ma'am, that I was serious and this is real location. You seriously have an attitude problem and are terrible at customer service! No one should give you any business. You are not worth your rude attitude and terrible business practices. If you seriously have marketing research, as you claim, you probably need to invest in someone who actually gives you real results and not just blow smoke up your ass. Maybe double check your marketing research so you don't look like an idiot. Also please see the pictures and see this man/woman is a liar. It did quote $340. Another reason to not choose this company, completely unorganized and doesnt stick to quotes.

Bottom line: the cleaning speaks for itself, and this company is a pleasure to work with…read more When I opened the door to my house I couldn't believe how clean it smelled (without the use of chemicals!). What really made the cleaning special were the little touches: draping the throw blankets across the back of the couch; folding the dish towel hanging from the dishwasher; re-making the sloppily made guest and master beds; eradicating dust and grime from places we didn't even notice - until it was gone. They even found a long lost hair clip from under our couch, so you KNOW they were thorough! Every room, every surface, spotless. I can't wait for our regular monthly recurrences! In addition to the stellar cleaning job they did, the Westfalls maintained excellent communication and professionalism with us throughout the process of getting to know and working with them. They use secured electronic payment methods - no more remembering (or forgetting!) to write a check. When Ashley came to do our initial walk through and quote, she brought her physical business licence, a copy of the company's bond, workers comp policy, and certificate. It's one thing to claim "licenced, bonded, and insured," but having her pull out the actual documents added to our confidence in this family-owned and operated business' ability to meet our needs. I'm looking forward to having Westfall Home Solutions take care of our cleaning (and potentially more!) home care needs. Thank you, Ashley and Nathan!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CLEANING CREW I HAVE EVER USED. Long post but WORTH THE READ. The normal…read morecleaning crew I use could not accommodate the date I was requesting since it was last minute. My husband and I went on vacation and wanted to come back to a deep clean since we are new parents and it has been tiring. WELL, when I returned I was flabbergasted to see the house was barely touched. My SIL stayed during the clean and said that the team could not clean hard stains on the shower door. I was SHOCKED because if you are a professional cleaning crew, you should know how to do it. Then they scratched my stove top. In addition to this the borders were still dusty. The cabinet doors in the bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned. The laundry room was untouched. The list goes on. There were only 2 people and they were here for less than 2 hours. Usually 4 people take anywhere from 2-3 hours. Well, I complained and demanded a deep clean be done the right way. The next day a different cleaning crew arrived. Again 2 people. WELL, they basically just cleaned the areas I complained about. HOW did I know this might you ask. Because some borders I did not mention were still dirty, there were stains in the guest bathroom mirror, the sliding back door was not cleaned, bathroom trash cans were not emptied, etc. Also, THEY GOT ON MY SMART SCALE WITH THEIR SHOES ON TO WEIGH THEMSELVES. I go barefoot on that scale and was disgusted. I regret not waiting for a day that worked for me with VANESSAS CLEANING LLC. My house sparkles at the end. I use them quarterly which is all I need and its the best investment ever. As someone who cleans daily, I notice everything. PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on Valley Cleaning Services. Pictures attached. Last three are examples of what was left undone the second time around.
