If you are looking for a company that delivers top-tier property maintenance without clearing out your bank account, look no further. I hired them to handle a massive three-part job at my property: a full house exterior soft wash, intensive concrete cleaning, and complete gutter cleaning. To say they exceeded my expectations is a massive understatement. From my very first phone call to the team at Macomb Power Washing Solutions, their professionalism stood out. They provided a fast, detailed, and completely transparent estimate with absolutely no hidden fees or upcharges. Honestly, given the massive scale of the work I needed, I was expecting a sky-high price tag. I was thrilled to find that their rates are incredibly affordable and competitive for the Metro Detroit area. They prove that you don't have to sacrifice premium quality to get an affordable price. The crew arrived exactly on time, fully equipped with professional, commercial-grade equipment. They began with the gutter cleaning, clearing out months of packed leaves, twigs, and debris. They didn't just scoop out the gutters; they thoroughly flushed the downspouts to guarantee flawless drainage and water flow.Next came the home exterior wash. I was nervous about my vinyl siding being damaged, but they used a specialized low-pressure soft washing technique. This process safely dissolved years of stubborn green mold, mildew, and ugly environmental staining without risking any damage to the home's structure. It looks like a brand-new house. Finally, they tackled the concrete cleaning on my driveway and walkways. Years of baked-in oil spots, tire marks, and heavy grime vanished under their hot-water surface cleaners. There are zero "zebra stripes" or patchy spots left behind--just perfectly uniform, bright concrete that dramatically elevates my home's curb appeal. What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail. The technicians worked exceptionally hard, treated my property with total respect, and left the entire job site spotless. Macomb Power Washing Solutions is a masterclass in great customer care, outstanding workmanship, and fair pricing. I will absolutely be using them for all of my routine exterior maintenance moving forward, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in Macomb County!

Got a tip to try paver sand - called MP for estimate on PW only didn't know they offered this service(paver sand install). Ended up having them PW drive/put down paver sand and PW my soffits/gutters. Driveway is 23 yo, never PW drive but have mudjacked few times. Came out great! really hope it lasts a while, supposed to. But day and night difference after PW! Can no longer see my "polka dots" (mudjacking). See pics Really very nice group of guys, (Landon,Aidan & Kris) easy to work with and very accommodating and professional. Called them that day, came for estimate and started working same day! Finished following day. Would recommend!

They said that they would take two days for a written evaluation and estimate for both them to do the work and DYI. I then called them back 4 days later, as they did not contact me. They never returned the call. I called them again. After profuse apologizes, they said they would call me within the hour. They never called. At the end of the business day. still no call. I called them for the last time, of which they once again apologized. No return call. So they took my money, and nothing to show for it. Promises, promises, and nothing - in my opinion this company is nothing more than a scam.

My wife and I recently had a mold problem that was crawling up our bedroom wall behind a dresser…read more When she discovered it, our initial reaction was to just clean it, but all of our family scared the crap out of us that it might be black mold and to not touch it. My wife contacted Mold No More LLC and spoke with the owner Adam who was nice enough to stop by and take a look on his way home, just to give us peice of mind about the possibility of it being bad or toxic. When Adam arrived, he didn't have to go through all that he did with us, but what we learned was the absolute best lesson in mold we could have ever asked for. Not only was Adam a really nice guy, he informed us how we could clean it ourselves, and how it was not dangerous. It was a great relief to know that we could clean it ourselves and have our 8 year old daughter not have to worry about it floating through the house anymore as she had be having problems with allergies and drainage, probably ever since the mold had started. Adam didn't even charge us to look at it. Mold No More LLC is... in my humble opinion, one of the absolute best companies (with 13 years of experience) that we could have ever hoped to find. Thank You again for your excellent advice, knowledge, and taking the time to explain to us how to prevent it from happening again. We are grateful that people like you are out there that want to help the consumer and not take advantage of them. If you EVER have a mold problem, THIS is the one and only company you should call. They are the best and we are very thankful and appreciative.

They arrived on time to their time window which I appreciate and immediately told me there's no issue with our controller which many companies would have probably just replaced to make the money...their honesty was very much appreciated! There were a few issues with different sprinkler heads etc. but they quickly repaired them. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them as my sprinkler company.

Jim and his team stepped in without hesitation. They even removed my rugs, which I'd left out all winter and thought were ruined. After chatting, I asked if he could pressure wash them--he said yes, and wow! They look fantastic, especially the white ones. His heated pressure washer works wonders. Beyond the great results, Jim was kind, respectful, and incredibly professional. It really felt like royal treatment. I can't recommend Delta enough! -Respectfully -Ms. Taylor
