They told me 20 minutes, which was just about accurate - maybe a little longer. I only came to remove Acrylics I got on vacation, and get tips & dip again. They came out super, and I loved it!!! They're still on almost three weeks later, in fact! I will be going again for sure regularly. The only thing I'd change is that it can at times feel a little rushed, but seemingly only when they're super busy. Also, the music this last time was loud and odd Christmas music.
