The bus fit everyone comfortably, and overall we had minimal issues. The only issue that did arise was a leak (from the air conditioning I believe) - but that was handled quickly and professionally by the owner (and our driver) once we returned from our trip. Our driver, Wei, arrived a half-hour early and was waiting for us to board at our start time. He was very friendly and professional. He also was very accommodating to our spontaneous requests for bathroom breaks and stopping to get snacks! Overall I would book with Chariots for Hire again in the future.
