I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

She had not run it, and now she was mad at me for taking it back. She was obviously having a bad day and taking it out on everyone around her. I had high hopes for the experience and boy did the treatment not disappoint. In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. Gigi greeted me when I walked in the door. She explained the process and then we got started. She looked at my scalp to determine the best course of treatment for my and my skin type. We then went into the treatment room. I felt totally comfortable during the entire process. In fact, within a few minutes, I was just a giant noodle. The treatment took a little over an hour and a half and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who is interested in getting a Head Spa treatment. However, the water temperature during the wash felt extremely hot, and the scalp scrubbing was very aggressive. Both of us left with tender, red scalps. Within about six hours, my partner developed painful blistering on the back of his head. We saw a doctor promptly; he was diagnosed with folliculitis and prescribed an antibiotic. It's been 2 days later and I still have tender scalp. I also want to note a hygiene concern: there is a shared blow-drying area with hair brushes available for anyone to use. We were not offered a disposable brush or a clearly single-use option, which made us uncomfortable from a cleanliness standpoint. We contacted the business to share what happened and request a resolution. We did not feel our concerns were addressed, and the compensation offered ($60) did not reflect the cost of the services (close to $400) plus a medical visit. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location.

The staff is nice and there is a nice little front sitting area to sit in while you wait for your appointment. They have some skin care to look at as well as some shirts but nothing too overwhelming to take away from relaxing. They did do some room expansion recently and so the rooms seem a bit smaller but still comfortable and a good experience. I have scheduled a facial so I will need to report back on how it was!
