After calling a plumber for what I thought was going to be a simple maintenance repair, the chain of events that followed were nothing but mind boggling. A leak was discovered inside the wall that ran along the bottom of the wall and behind our vanity. Our plumber immediately suggested I call Wet Out Restoration, specifically. He said they know what to do and how to minimize the damage, and more importantly how to navigate the gauntlet that lay ahead. He's worked with them before and they are the only company he recommends to his customers. Steve was at my home within 25 minutes of us calling. He jumped right into action, explaining what had to be done and what we needed to do on our end. He installed five different devices that immediately started pulling water out of the area, and would minimize the water damage. More importantly, he was very understanding and sympathetic. Each day for the next four days, Steve came back and always had something informative and helpful for us to consider. They came to our property after we had water damage and brought equipment to address the situation. Then they took the equipment away, told us they would bring it back, and disappeared. No meaningful communication. No follow-through. No urgency. Just silence. Meanwhile, we were left with wet walls and mold. When you hire a restoration company, you are trusting them during an already stressful and potentially expensive situation. The bare minimum is to do what you say you are going to do and communicate with the customer. Wet Out Restoration failed us on both counts. What makes this especially infuriating is that they knew we were dealing with water damage. They knew the property needed to be properly dried. They knew they had taken the equipment away. They said they would return it--and then they ghosted us. We were left dealing with the fallout while trying to figure out what to do next. This is not the kind of company I would ever trust with my home again. If you are considering hiring Wet Out Restoration, I strongly recommend that you ask very detailed questions about exactly what they will do, what equipment will remain on-site, how long it will stay, and what happens if something goes wrong.

I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away. He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We had a slow leak in our brand new GE refrigerator ;' (…read more Once the leak presented itself, the mitigation company came and pulled out the flooring at the walls around the leak area. It was pretty significant, the back of the refrigerator was rusted and the water had gone into the walls and under the floorboards. Thankfully it was sequestered to a small area. Everything was going well with our insurance company and the mitigation guys and the mold cleaning up guys... until it came time for us to find a flooring contractor. We got quotes from two or three companies who indicated that although it was a 43 ft.² repair, they would need to rip out all 1800 square feet of our beautiful wood floor, and if I did not want want that to happen then they would have to put "raised thresholds" in the middle of our entryway and our kitchen (in the middle of one big room so that I could trip on them) and that the floor would not look the same and blah blah blah. As usual I called BS. All it would take, I thought, is a skilled craftsman to come in and fit the planks to the cuts in the damaged area! How freaking hard is that? Apparently that's quite difficult for most flooring contractors (forehead slap). Well you and I know it's all about honesty and integrity but sadly most of these guys were clearly trying to rip off our insurance company. Further, I think there is a great deal of laziness, inability and unwillingness to do the right thing, do the smart thing, do the skilled thing and repair the floor. Sigh. However, I digress. My husband, after quite a bit of research and phone calling, found AJ and his business Quantum Floors. AJ came over to assess the situation and after a couple of minutes he said what I was thinking all along: "all we have to do is match the boards, make a couple of cut outs and find the matching flooring and pop it in". Big smile on my face, these are my people. It took a week or so but AJ was able to find the same exact flooring and his installer came out and beautifully and skillfully installed the 43 ft.² of wood flooring. We had a little snafu with one tiny board that wanted to be a naughty board, and AJ made sure to follow up and that that little board was replaced. AJ's communication is excellent, anytime I texted him he got right back to me, and made sure that there was clarification so we were on the same page. I've never dealt with such a great contractor! The work was all done in the same day, and as soon as my wall guy comes maybe I can get my fridge back in place, which will put my living room back in place which will mean that I can have Christmas for our family in a normal setting, ha! All, if you want professionalism, skilled craftsmanship, good communication and excellent results, do not hesitate to contact AJ/Quantum floors. Today I had the guy's from AIM Window Cleaners stop by my vacation home to clean all my windows. To…read moretell you the truth, I didn't even know a service like this existed in the area. But neighbor next-door had a AIM Window cleaners performing their window cleaning services the other day and I was taken back watching these two guys efficiently, going through the process of cleaning each window and each window screen. These guys even went up on the roof and cleaned the home's solar panels! Wow! Anyway, since I'm only here a few months out of the year the house gets slightly neglected and window cleaning is never on my list of things to do. So you know I had to wander over to my neighbors house and get this company's contact information. Angel Garcia the companies proprietor, happened to be one of the individuals performing the service and he quickly greeted me with a big smile. To say that this guy is not a natural businessman is an understatement. He was happy to answer all my questions and told me that as soon as he was done with my neighbors place, he was swing by and count the number of windows that my property had and give me an estimate. I was actually surprised with how affordable this service was, and with a handshake I agreed to get the work done. But it was pretty late in the day, so Angel told me that he will return the following day to perform the service. And as promised Angel and his associate arrived on time the next morning and quickly got to work. As they did with my neighbor, they efficiently went through the process of removing the window screens and setting up their equipment. One guy got to cleaning the screens, and the other got on cleaning the windows with some special contraption. It was pretty cool to watch but I left them alone so that they could do what they had to do. After they were done, Angel knocked on my door and asked me to take a walk with him around the perimeter of the house to see how the work came out. And I have to say they did an amazing job! I was really happy with the results. I don't normally use Home Service Providers because I'm a pretty handy person but sometimes you just have to hire professionals to do what they do. And these guys are professionals! So it is my pleasure to highly recommend AIM Window Cleaners to all that need their home's windows cleaned professionally. These guys are affordable, professional, and efficient! So give them a call, I'm positive they will not let you down!
