I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. I dont know exactly what he means by what he said but I do not wish to address this issue any further, I only responded to clear up false information. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience with Champion Windows…read moreI've spent tens of thousands of dollars with Champion, including about $10,000 on windows that were later found to have been improperly installed. A subsequent representative identified holes in the flashing around my siding that allowed water intrusion, which I ultimately had to repair myself. Despite that experience, I decided to purchase another approximately $10,000 in windows because I liked the product and initially trusted the company. That trust quickly disappeared. After confirming a 12-4 p.m. appointment for someone to measure the windows, a representative showed up at approximately 7:30 a.m., repeatedly ringing my Ring doorbell and knocking until I woke up. When I questioned why he was there hours before the scheduled appointment, his response was argumentative rather than professional. The situation escalated when he entered my home while I was getting dressed after being unexpectedly awakened. He then slammed my door, damaging the door and an 18th-century stained-glass window, and left without resolving the situation. After spending this much money with a company, I expect proper installation, respect for my home, and basic professionalism. Instead, I've dealt with installation problems, water intrusion, scheduling issues, property damage, and extremely poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Champion Windows.

I sent pictures of a piece at the bottom of one of my champion windows that had become…read moredisconnected. The champion sales rep who was here a couple of months ago to quote another job could not get this piece to stay attached. Champion required $130 prepayment before they would schedule someone to come out to look at this. So much for the lifetime warranty. The service man from Champion just left taking less than 5 minutes to correct the detached piece. He stated this was a common problem for customers. The pictures I sent showed the problem, yet no one on the phone explained how easy it is to fix the problem. If this is a common problem , why isn't there a video available that could have been sent instead of having to pay $130 for a service call that took less than 5 minutes. Champion is an untrustworthy, criminal company. I could not be more disgusted with their business tactics.
