Griffin fence was the lowest of the bids so I decided to go with them. 2 weeks was what I was told before they could start working. I was required to pay half of the price upfront...which made me nervous but I did it anyway...6ft wood privacy fence treated wood. Sounds good right. However I was never shown an example of what it would look like. So after a week I decided to call an ask. And I also never received a date on when they would start. I need to do other work on my property but the fence needs to get fixed first. I was told on that call to look up dog eat fence at lowes and that's what it will look like. They also told me they would be starting work on that Thursday and it would take approximately 3 days to removed the chain link fence and install the privacy fence. Not really ideal because I have dogs but I'm sure concrete has to cure and stuff. Thursday comes and goes. No work being done. So I decide to call on Friday and see what's up. I call and they said they would be out in Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they blamed it on the amount of rain we have had so they are behind. About 15 minutes after that call ended someone called me back and said they would be out on on Sunday to start because they wanted to spend the day with their daughter on her birthday.......Sunday comes. 10,11,12,1,2 o'clock no workers. So I call again!! I'm told they will be at my home shortly. I said it's already 2pm. 215 they show up and by 315 they have already quit for the day. Now I have no fence at all and it's all laying in a pile in my front yard. Now it's Monday. Still no workers. I woke up at 9am thinking workers would be here around 10. Took the dogs to the park because I have no fence to let them into the backyard. Got home at noon. No workers. I called again!!! See the pattern... And I was told they had to run some errands and would be here shortly. I once again expressed my dissatisfaction. It's now 245. Still no work being done!!! I wish I could give you a review on their actual work, but I haven't seen any! Btw they cashed my check for the initial down payment weeks ago. Other wise I'd tell them to cancel everything

I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. He took me and my belongings to his house, smoked dope all day and nite, that was the first red flag, I was mentioning to him that I didn't understand why other would ask me to lie and he said what about, I proceeded to tell him the lady at the animal shelter said she'd help me with dog food but told me when she asked me to lie about me giving the dog food to a raccoon I've been trying to feed that hangs out around my camp, and she knows I am not going to lie so why would she ask me what I need the dog food for. His response was to laugh at me and call me crazy. I teared up cause I haven't felt so bullied in my adult years and told him that was rude and he shouldn't call other crazy or laugh at them, he replied it's jus a saying and I said okay it's just a saying then what if I say "you're a bitch" we was driving to his job site leaving all my belongings at his house sixty miles from the job, he then said I will pack ur stuff and bring it to u. He made me wait over a week to get my clothes, medications, and forms of id. When I did get them he didn't return a few things and one of those things was a dual fast speed wall charger he'd borrowed the nite before, it's costed $22. I messaged and he said he get it to me so I told him I would be in town on a specific date and would only be able to get it on that day. I reminded him to not forget on the specific date I will be needing to get it and no text back until four days later. I waited in town for three days he know I have no place to stay on the forth I left town to go stay with my daughter since I'm also recovering from a major surgery. I've messaged and told him since he went threw all my belongings and kept things he knew I needed and also withheld wages I was going to report the situation. He looks for "people to help" as he stated, but his actions tell me he's looking for women who needs help or are homeless to take advantage of. If he wouldn't have smoked meth so much he prolly would've made better choices. I want other to know I needed the help and he jus made it as hard as he could on me knowing I'd jus had major surgery, needed a place, shower, and a friend. He uses his business to lure women saying he can help them with cash, I'm that woman that works with my hands, I don't do under jobs to keep this pg. I sure needed that ten bucks an hr he said he'd pay me but it's now been two months and still nothing, no wall charger that he claims he can afford or compensation for my work. CAREFUL, He smoked meth and leave his paraphernalia where he works, so if it your house he doesn't care bout u or ur children. Don't trust u won't have it in ur property when he leaves the work site. Don't be a dummy like me, looks are deceiving and now u know!

They scheduled several dates with me over the following three months, and failed to show up nearly each time. I eventually got a better estimate with another company. Bark Tree and Land said they wanted to keep my business, and agreed to match the newer estimate, they also agreed to cut down two dead limbs from another tree that hangs over my property. In the end, they did not fully remove the tree, they did not remove the two dead limbs, they charged me more than they agreed, they broke my concrete steps, and I have no way of finding them to serve small claims papers. Do NOT use this company. I'm attaching an image of the tree that they claim to have removed. I'm having to hire another company to finish they job that Bark Tree and Land failed to do.

I want to express my satisfaction with Forston Construction. My experience with this company…read morestarted with one of my neighbors' houses being roofed. My wife and I watched in disbelief at how fast this crew was working and getting the job done. They completely stripped the old roof and installed a new roof in one day and it looked awesome at the end of the day. As they were finishing up, we went over to talk to them and was introduced to the owner of the company, Kelly. Had a very nice conversation about his business and I pointed to my house and asked if he had time to look at it and give us an estimate. I left him my number as we were heading out of town at the moment. A little while later I got a text from him with an estimate. We decided to except the estimate and Kelly had his sales manager Nick connect with us. Nick came over and worked out all the details with us and was very thorough with answering all our questions. We all agreed to proceed and was told that we could expect a crew to show up in two days and if everything went well the entire job could be done in one day. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working tearing off old roof. Truck load of material showed up a soon after and the shingles started being laid. I have never in my life seen a group of young men work like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Yasbin was the crew chief and his crew consisted of Hilcias, Jordan, Gabriel and Bey. These guys never stopped till lunchtime and then started back up and did not stop again till the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They put in a very long day and did a fantastic job!
