It's been almost 2 months since reporting the issue with no sign of any repair or replacement. There is a gaping hole with no sign of repair. I have perfect rental history and they expect me to pay 2 months rent, give 60 days notice, allow them to keep my security deposit, as well as destroy my perfect rental history. Even if you are elderly, make sure you get up on that roof and take a good look. This company needs to be dismantled.

They will do as little as possible to address issues and then argue with you about how they handled everything correctly. It took 4 months for them to find tenants while our property sat vacant. Those tenants then broke their lease before the year was up. They destroyed the lawn with a bounce house -- damage that took from April to November to be fully addressed. Home River Group kept wanting to give the tenants more and more time to "see if the grass would grow back." Seven months? When I expressed frustration, they argued with me instead of taking accountability. I asked multiple times over those 7 months for the situation to be addressed, and each time they did as little as possible, despite the tenants clearly violating the lease. In the end, I was stuck with the bill. We have since switched to Hoover Girls Rental Property, and they had renters signed within the first 3 weeks of showing the home. Read the reviews and save yourself the frustration.
