They really breakdown exactly what I needed and how often to treat and what to look for. I feel like a pool pro now. They also keep a lot of spare parts and accessories in stock which is nice to be able to go get and not wait for shipping. Plus they're truly local and stand behind all their products. It cost a little bit more than online stuff but the quality, customer service, and wisdom of the staff is worth way more than the pennies I could save online. Really like this company and the people that work there. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

We had a motor pcv connection leak for our jetted whirlpool tub…read more Matthew found the leak. The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.
