When arrived they wanted to use ropes to lift him with due to so badly soiled. So we supplied our own blanket and carried him to car. He was in obvious pain, soiled, bleeding from mouth. He was immediately taken to animal hospital and advised had to be put down for fractured back and kidney issues. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

From the first meeting, where Kristen came to meet the dogs, I knew I had found someone who would care about my dogs as much as I do. One of my dogs really does like anyone but me. Kristen took her time, and I think spent extra time to get to know her. I received daily emails with pictures of how they were doing, which no Puppy Prison has ever done for me. When I got home, I saw how well they were, and looked happy and healthy as when I left them. When Kristen came to drop off my keys, my kids were excited to see her, so I knew right then, when I need a pet sitter, or pet walker, I know you to call, and you should too.

However, this time I needed someone for my vacation and I was more than pleased. Valerie explained things wonderfully and made me feel at ease. Sherrie watched my cat...sent pics, videos, and left me updates for each day. She even let me know when something was "amiss" at my house (i.e. car in my driveway). They even helped make sure the contractors did not do a repeat performance and lock the wrong doors again. They are so good with animals and their owners. Will only use them in the future!

(this has me concerned that no one is with her when the store is closed). at 4, i called multiple times and finally someone answered and informed me that they are currently open. i asked why did no one return my voicemails, she said that she got busy and didn't have a chance. I'm not very happy feeling that my dog is left alone when the store is closed... i'm assuming multiple dogs are there, what if something happed to any of them. Animals are Sarah's passion. She was caring and conscientious from the first time she came over to meet our 'kids' (Bacon, George, and Qui) pics below! She asked about feeding, walking, sleeping, and overall quirks of our dogs. We rescue older dogs and they come with some special needs but mostly just spoiling. Sarah is so good at spoiling my only fear was our dogs would love her more than they love us. Lol! I can't say that was far from the truth. One has anxiety issues who eats everything (paper towels anyone?) and likes to poop/barf around the house from time to time. One has a bum leg who has 4 pills in the morning and 3 in the evening. And then a cat who can be severely aggressive when he wants something! I've had house sitters in the past and now that I've found Tails 2 Trails I hope to never lose them! Mary is an excellent communicator and I'm always able to get a hold of her. The dogs are happy to see her and get into their own routine when she arrives. She's watched them for over a week's length of time and as short as just a quick stop over if we are out too long for the day. I seriously trust her more than my own grandmother. (Whom I love but doesn't listen and follow directions!)
