Hours later I called back again and was told the same thing. After not hearing back, I was told service was actually scheduled between 7am and 9am. Finally had a call from a local manager. He asked me how they could make it right. I said they could schedule me on a weekend as I, also, work Monday through Friday. He said they don't usually do that but he was going to see what he could do. Then I said I have a 2nd appointment in 1 week that would also need to be scheduled for a weekend. He then told me it was best I cancelled my services. I have wasted over 5 hours with this company and received nothing for it. Their time is clearly more valuable and have no plan in holding themselves accountable for their own mistakes.
