He showed up on time, completed the job within an hour, went over everything he did and even demonstrated how to perform twice yearly maintenance on the door. I was very impressed and the door works better than it ever has in the 15 years I have owned the house. The price was extremely reasonable , and there were no extra fees for same day emergency service. I will use this company for every door problem I have in the future.

I would get responses and quotes, but no one would show up. Jason responded the same day, came out and fixed the problem. He even found another place where the siding was loose and fixed that too! I am having this service do another job for me instead. I was thrilled to finally get this done!

We had a rather elaborate but sagging & rotting deck that needed reinforcement and in some places reconstruction. We didn't want to go through the expense of replacing the entire deck. Jesse visited the house, described a plan that would rebuild the deck to safety code. He had the plan in writing to us that evening and got the job done in a little less than a week. Jesse and his crew are highly professional, polite, communicative and no surprises at the end of the project. I would highly recommend JNM Home Improvement for any project at home or at my business. It literally took him 30 seconds to fix it and I think he charged us 99 cents because we insisted that he add it to our invoice.
