Whoever considering Elite Outdoor design PLEASE SEE THIS REVIEW AND SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS. Michael Lugar committed a patio extension for us and mentioned he had a very professional skilled crew and took 60% advance for the project. He don't have any crew under him. He gives sub contract to the cheap labor. He took the contact from me of the guy who did stone work for me and hired him for my patio extension. I argued with him and he said he will provide insurance and he will supervise the work at site everyday. I believed and went with him. Once the work started, he never showed up and he didn't pay any money to the workers who did basic ground work for two days. He says he gave money to his business partner and when I checked with him he says he is not aware of any advance.They stopped showing up as he didn't pay them. It'e been more than 20 days, I have been following with him and he don't answer my calls and don't even respond properly. He left our backyard dirty. PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER THIS BUSINESS IN ANY WAY.
