I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

He first checked all of the upstairs drains to make sure there was no leak. He then cut a hole in my ceiling and had me run the water to make sure there were no leaks in the pipes. I didn't feel like Jon was trying to get me to do any extra repairs that weren't needed. Jon was very helpful and took his time to answer all of my questions. Told him I've got a badly dripping tub spout and also a hissing toilet. His son Andrew arrived at 8:30 today, right on time! (Even though this was no emergency...refreshing.) Andrew was polite and quick and helpful. It's funny...what a Home Warranty company told me years ago (when it was a tiny, minor drip) would require "chainsawing through the travertine tile to fix"...Andrew fixed in less than an hour after a quick drive to Lowe's to get the parts! AND NO TILE DESTRUCTION WAS INVOLVED! He said only one side was dripping but said we could be proactive and fix both (original) for a reduced, packaged price...which was of course a no brainer and very appreciated. Then he fixed my hissing toilet (which my hubby said later he could've done himself...but he had the chance when I told him it was hissing, so....)...I was just happy to have all the dripping and all the noises stopped. Quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend!!! (Also really appreciated Andrew's slip off boots, which he politely asked if should be removed and had no issues with doing so!)
