As usual Roger was an amazing resource and patient with our numerous design and material changes which required additional meetings. He is very responsive to correspondence which I have found to be a challenge in Miami with many businesses. Installation was a breeze. They installed the entire unit in two days and were very meticulous about the smallest details, and cleaned any trash they made. He even threw in a couple of upgrades that he thought would make the unit better. Do not hesitate to use this company!

You see, most people would stop there. The thing is, Avanti also brings to the table the good old handshake promise of craftsmanship as well as commitment to a job where the client is happy. From the promised timing of the job to my ability to call them back to adjust our drawers years later, they are always there. The always pick up and the craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing. That to me is a testament of a great company that stand behind their work.

She was very responsive whenever I needed help or advice and was very respectful of our time for meetings as my husband and I have a weird schedule due to being in healthcare/law enforcement. The 3d design she provided was immensely helpful for me to be able to see what things would look like, so I could pick out everything else! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Pontevedra Marble and Granite Solutions…read more This is a one-stop business for your marble or granite. They are not too big, or too small. We picked out our material from their on-site warehouse and had it installed in a matter of days. Our job was done quickly, professionally and with special attention to detail. Administration, staff, fabricators, and installers were pleasant and very good at what they do. All of this at a price that made us very happy. Now, our property was a challenge. We live in an upscale condo/hotel in downtown Miami (Brickell). Our unit is on an upper floor with difficult access and a busy loading dock that must be reserved and with no real ability to park a work truck. Needless to say, it is a pain for businesses and workers that must come to our building. We added a Winebar that required separate pieces and cuts to fit the installation. It was completed perfectly. We also had a blue stain in our white marble in our powder room (from the previous owner). You know, that blue stuff people put in their toilet to make the water pretty. Well, it leaked out and soaked into the pores of the beautiful white marble. Pontevedra was able to remove the stain 100%. We called several fabricators and are so happy that we found Pontevedra.

He was very professional and focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, throughout the process, Felix became unresponsive and extremely unhelpful. When they first went to install my cabinets, I found several errors. The measurements inside were off, nails were sticking out, the finishing was not sanded well, and the countertops were not properly sealed. I tried for months to get Felix to get it fixed. Luckily, I finally got in touch with Jose, one of the owners, and he was AMAZING and extremely accommodating. He replaced all the cabinets that were not made to my satisfaction. He made sure everything was done professionally and beautifully. He always answered his phone or got back to me in a timely manner. I am in love with the finished product, and despite the frustration with Felix, I would still recommend this company. Just make sure you work with Jose.
