The quality of the work and materials did not meet expectations. After approximately 4 years of normal use, the cabinets are showing clear signs of deterioration, which is concerning given the timeframe. The installation process was also not up to the standard I expected, and at times the installers were not professional in their conduct. Upon arrival, 4 cabinets were missing from the order.  Additionally, most of the cabinets were damaged on the inside from transit. The company asked if we wanted to warranty all the cabinets, but since we had already waited so long and needed to get back functionality of our kitchen, we opted for a partial refund. We asked for something reasonable. They offered what seemed like somewhat of a spit in the face as they sent $500 for 20k of cabinets that are mostly damaged. Further, the kitchen island arrived in the wrong color resulting in our family of 6 continuing to prepare all meals in our garage for 7 weeks in the increasing Florida heat. The salesperson came and assured us we would have the right color island and missing cabinets within 2 weeks. The island came about a month later. It's now mid July. We are still missing cabinets. They finally sent some of the missing ones; however, they don't match the paint of the original cabinets yet again.  We have been in touch with the CEO who has only been argumentative rather than helpful and sees their service over 8 months as reasonable. This fact alone should make you run to another company with more integrity. Now 9 months later out 30k (total for the kitchen so far), we have an incomplete kitchen with no end in sight.  I hope this personal experience highlights the type of company you're working with if you choose Adornus. We've given them nearly 4 months to make this right, been very patient and are still given a runaround.
