Months of overflowing garbage dumpster with garbage spilled everywhere. Went on for weeks. Yea 2. Phases completed in October and HOAs are increasing but still no clubhouse, no pool, no workout room. An email went out threatening anyone who uses the pool area. They also said, "we will inform you when it is open." First it was by January, then February and still no word. 3. They used a trailer for their sales room. Now, after months it is gone but the grounds around it have been destroyed. Beautiful palm trees lie on the ground dying because they have been uprooted. What's left is a dirty disgusting mess. 4. Their homes are not high quality. The steps are so awfully and unevenly cut i have to be very cognizant of what I am doing or I will fall. The storage inside a townhouse with no garage is laughable. I have not even lived in a tiny apartment with such a small amount of storage. The awful fences around each yard are ridiculous. They were too cheap to put gates on so to get lawn equipment or anything to the back yard you have to take it through the house. Insulation is my favorite! Pretty much the a/c will run 99% of the time with the thermostat at 75 stopping only momentarily. How you can really tell the inadequacy of it is when it gets cold outside. The house temp drops so fast. In temps of 60's outside the house matched it very quickly in temperature. New development and already having break in attempts and car break ins. Have had occasional gunfire close by and security guard, just sitting there! Parking reinforcement is a joke. They posted a letter threatening tows but people still park in front of fire hydrants every day. The roads are still trashed from construction. Now across the canal is getting demolished for even more homes with more people to squeeze into this area with no changes to the roads in and out. So sad to see the beautiful wildlife leaving.

The person in Charge of the association (Mrs.Muriel I think is her name) is super rude, disrespectful and she just does not care about residents whatsoever. So I do not understand her role as Association Manager. First incident, due to the construction, I was driving back home and there was so much debris on the roads from the construction they have, I almost crashed and had to pay $500 for a towing company to take me somewhere and change the flat tire. I called Mrs. Muriel and she said she has nothing to do with the construction, so she just said "that's not with me". I asked her who I need to contact coz this construction caused me a flat tired and almost a crash and not even the main LENNAR COMPANY or THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY wanted to take responsibility. (Of course, they don't want to pay $500 or take responsibility since it will cost them their insurance for future projects) SO THEY NEVER GAVE ME THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY OF COURSE , because they would be in trouble. (OR THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR) so they decided to ignore me . SECONDLY, This lady MURIEL, has insulted me over the phone because she cannot solve problems without insulting people OR being rude. All of this because I told her the garbage truck isn't emptying the trash and It is accumulated bringing more flies. She just got crazy and told me to take the garbage inside the garage or where people cannot see it. I told her that's not safe, flies has deseases when accumulated trash and she just insulted me over the phOne (don't really know why she was shouting and being rude) things don't get sorted out like that. I called her to ask for help or advise, not to be insulted. Third of all, if you're going to move here, you cannot have a "ugly car" since according to management. "They have to maintain/keep aesthetic" (YES, THATS ALL IT MATTERS HERE) fortunately for me, I have a nice car. This is the worst neighbourhood I have lived in. And wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh, before I forget. This is an open neighbourhood so if you move in (which I would not recommend) make sure you have cameras everywhere because random people are looking houses all around at midnight, daytime, all day long (yes, that's pretty scary). I always find helpful to write a honest review since I always read them as well before trying something new.
