Before handing over my key I asked her to see the key blank she was going to cut for me to see if it was the same as I showed her, a simple Master brand padlock key. Shocker!! It was not. And Shocker #2, she was pissy about it. It was a generic key blank, different style and different color, that would work in my same Master padlock but it was not the same Master brand key I wanted. I had a key fob that's been half-working for about six months. By the time he finished, I had a brand new key fob and two freshly cut keys. He also offered to replace the battery in the old one. For context, I drive a Mazda that requires manufacturer key fobs, so the total came out to about $350. They were very upfront about the cost and explained that Mazdas can be a little tricky with keys. Now instead of one key that works half the time, I have three keys that work perfectly and a backup. The technician also suggested I try getting reimbursed through AAA or my insurance, which I appreciated. Fast service, professional, and everything works. Would definitely recommend.
