I'm so glad that I came across Joe and Phase pro Home Services. I was looking to have a new window…read moreinstalled and started getting quotes. Not only was Joe's priced reasonably he was the quickest to respond and gave me options and even found out who had the window I chose. He gave me the option of buying the window myself ( could use my military discount) . Window was installed within days of being quoted. I believe it took longer to locate the window than it did for Joe to have it installed. So all said and done he removed my old 15000 btu thru the wall AC , put in my new window , trimmed it all out, offered to repair a pice of broken siding and took the old AC and disposed of for a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me. We could not be happier with the job and will definitely use Phase Pro again.

We needed safety railings on our front porch and weren't really sure of a decent solution. Andy came up with one that was better than we could've imagined. He was clear and honest about his time (he charges an hourly rate), kept all receipts and made sure we understood what materials would be returned (and weren't charged for.) He took credit card payment on the spot and handed us a receipt! Super efficient, excellent craftsmanship, respected our space, and incredible communication skills! Will definitely hire again! Oh and he rents tools! Will be hitting him up for a pressure washer in the near future!

I don't know how many of you read Bobby Belanger's lame lies in response to my review, but to deny…read morethat any of it ever happened is just plain ridiculous and nonsensical! The attached screen-shot proves that much, at the very least!! Does it not?? Yeah, I think it does! Still want to deny that we ever interacted Bobby??? You know, being bad at business is one thing. Some people just suck at life and that's all there is to it. No reason to be mad about it, and no sense in getting mad about being called out for it. I'm like that about certain things myself. For instance, I am terrible at keeping up correspondence. But I'm not running a service-oriented business that requires that skill. You are! But to just straight up lie about it to all of these good people and say the whole thing never happened? Are you really that dumb?? Guess what - they all know it's true now, don't they? I wish I had posted that screen-shot along with the initial review, but what are you gonna do? It's not like I'm running a service-oriented small business! And don't try to say that we're not connected and therefore you never received my messages. I can post your responses to the questions I asked previously. I fact, you're the one who initiated contact with me when you PM'd me after I said I was looking for a handyman in the "Bellingham Small Business and Beyond" Facebook group.
