They cleaned out our basement and removed asbestos. They arrived on time, were efficient and stayed within the quote. Will use again

I called to speak to someone about a need for a French drain around my house; the woman who…read moreanswered the phone stated "well we're really busy right now so they may not call you back but I'll send you to mikes voicemail." I'm not quite sure why they'd see this as appropriate customer service, would recommend going elsewhere.

Similar to another complaint, I too had a very bad customer service experience with this company…read moreyesterday. I was referred to Marion's for landscape materials, including boulders. When I arrived, a sign on the door said no visitors, so I called the office. A nice gentleman told me where some boulders were (along the parking strip) and to check in at the scale house. I proceeded to look at the options along the parking strip, and then walked to the scale house. There, a young woman explained the process for selecting and holding boulders. She answered some questions and then told me that I could find more in the yard, pointing to them and saying I could look at those. I said thank you and that I just needed to call my contractor before taking the caution tape to be used to mark what I wanted. After a few minutes back at my car and after talking to my contractor, I started walking towards the yard so I could select boulders. That's where the issue began. An older woman came out of the scale house, and in a very accusatory tone yelled "excuse me, where do you think you're going?" I explained I had just talked to the other woman in the scale house and she pointed me to the boulders. I asked if that was allowed. She then said "you can't just walk in there, you have to check in with someone." I again said I had literally just talked to the other woman who was at the window just a few minutes earlier. The woman then stared (glared) at me for about 5 seconds before turning around, throwing open the house door, and slamming it behind her. I knew then this was not the place for me to do business. It is not my issue the communications fell though in the office, and to be treated like an intruder and not apologized to for her ignorance was telling. There are many other landscaping materials within a reasonable distance that treat their customers respectfully.
