Pablo was able to come over the same day I called and look over the job. He quoted a price that was reasonable, and I approved them to do the job. It took a week or for them to get the new glass. Then we scheduled for them to come in a few days to install it. (he could have even done it the day the glass was ready but I was busy that day) It took about an hour, and it look great. This business was exactly what I hoped for and I will use them for any glass work I need i the future.

I called Chris from exceptional glass and told him what my issue was and he scheduled a visit within a week. Ryan and Riley came out and they were on time, they took their shoes off before they came into my home, and they got right on it. They were also extremely pleasant young men who care about customer service and obviously took pride and what they do. The price that I was quoted was more than fair and Chris told me before they showed up that if there was any extra work, it would be an additional charge, I agreed to that and when all was said and done, he charged me what he had originally quoted me. Even though this was a very small job, other glass companies were not even interested in looking at this job, but Chris came through for me and I really appreciate him for doing that. I am going to do a complete remodel of my bathroom in the near future, which will require several other glass doors and I will only ever call Exceptional Glass to do my glass work or anytime I need a shower door in the future.

So this past Tuesday, my friend opened and dropped a very old residential window (without ropes) in…read moremy home, causing it to break. The next day, I called about 10+ different window replacement businesses including Home Depot for quotes. Half of them never called me back, a couple said they wouldn't come out to only do one window, and the others were just very short with me on the phone. All the quotes I was able to obtain were within the $325-400 range since I didn't feel comfortable removing the window myself after watching a bunch of tutorials on Youtube. Legacy Glass was the first business I actually called. I worked with Julia who was very knowledgable and friendly over the phone. She asked me for pertinent information on the phone and to also text her photos of the window along with some dimensions in order to provide me a quote of $350-400 (10% discount from the website already included). This was the only business that asked for photos and dimensions which made me feel like they actually know what they were doing. Julie reached out to me the next day to see if I had decided on which direction I was going to go, and since they were the only ones who actually followed up with me and seemed pleasant to work with, I decided to go with Legacy Glass. She was able to confirm that the work would not exceed $400 and sent out a tech within hours of me confirming I was ready to replace the window. The tech, Dean, called me when he was on the way to my house, about 10-15 mins out. He was also very friendly, knowledgable and got along with my dog! He explained to me what he had to do before he did it, handled the old wood frame and window with care, and all the work was done within an hour and a half. Dean did a fantastic job! I am so thankful I decided to work with Legacy Glass. I felt very comfortable with them, and now I know exactly who to go to for any glass work including anything needed on my car. They made the whole process smooth and painless. They're definitely stand up people! I love being able to support a family business that's been around for decades.
