Would give 10/5 if possible. Elite flooring was one of the best team to work with. Not to mention that their pricing is highly competitive for excellent quality work installing lock and click luxury vinyl planks. They are very responsible, responsive and accommodating. They were not familiar with the underlayment I bought. So I looked up the installation video and showed them. I walked around to make sure things were done to my desire. It was really easy to talk to everyone on the team to communicate my ideas and they carried it out to a T. A few times, they had to take out some planks, fix the spot and reinstall. But they did that with a smile on their faces. What makes them really stand out is their humble spirit and pleasantness, cooperativeness. They went above and beyond to help me make my house beautiful. I'm so happy with the results. I have concrete foundation and the planks came with a thin underlayment pad attached. Initially I thought I would only need the 6mm polysheet, but having an underlayment made a huge difference in reducing the hollow sound coming from the plank itself and added softness. I had to reinstall half of my place (paid again for the reinstallation of course since it was more work added to the guys) because I only used the polysheet initially. So don't make my mistake. read more

My wife had a conversation through Yelp for estimate for flooring and spoke with Alejandro whom told her that he would be over today between 6pm and 8 pm. He never showed or even text that he wouldn't be able to make it. Any business that can't make it or at least call to say they can't make it speaks volumes about how they do business. There are a lot of contractors doing flooring. I highly recommend you use someone other than Elite flooring. read more

We believe in supporting local businesses and we got an amazing floor. It was a great experience from start to finish with a very trustworthy company. Alex, Pablo and the rest of the team are very professional, flexible and reliable. I felt comfortable right away. We agreed a schedule for the work but some unforeseen curve balls with the property arose which delayed us on my side. Was quoted $6 for tile installation and $1.75 for demo of old tile. That should be a total of $852.50. However, after I sent him a drawing of the tile space his price went up to $2,800. He replied that the job was so small to do he had to charge more. $1,975 more? I wan't looking for the cheapest option, just someone fair, reasonable and a good timeline. A $25.45 per square foot price is price gouging. This is with us supplying mortar, tile and grout. Looked him up and don't see that he has a license. read more

He did a great job installing stairs and baseboards. It looks neatly done. They did it in amazing speed also. They provided very reasonable price compared to other providers.
