The spa is private, in a quiet corner and the energy is calming. I had the most amazing facial with Odeta. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I chose the hydro dermabrasion facial which was such a treat for my skin and it included a handful of other treatments. I was absolutely pleased from start to finish. I was offered a package at the end of my appointment, but not in a pushy way. It's actually a good deal and will keep you on schedule to beautiful healthy skin. I found a promotion online for microdermabrasion and wanted to give this a try...I was not disappointed with my facial at all! The lobby area was clean, relaxing, and very zen. The check in process was smooth and simple, just had to fill out a few info questions. Once the esthetician called my name, the facial was extremely relaxing and felt amazing. Without knowing, they also gave me a little shoulder massage which I was in need! She always made sure the process was going smoothly and if there were any questions, to let her know. My face looked amazing and I was glowing for the rest of the day! I got so many compliments about how clean, smooth, and refreshed my face looked. i was offered a complimentary session from leaving my business card in their basket at a local fair. it said it was 30 min long which is how much time i reserved. after 20 min in the amazing massage chair and led light therapy i was then told to go in for my skin analysis which took another 30 min which i had to rush out of to make my next appointment. they seem to know what they were talking about but their prices even for the package are overly priced. it's too bad because it would have been nice to go somewhere close for skin treatment. read more

It's a lovely day spa in a very commercial area with a secure parking lot for which Elite Facials offers NO PARKING VALIDATION! No one was able to account for why they don't offer parking validation. It costs much less to park at the street meters. It's been years since my aesthetician closed her clinic during the pandemic and I was ready to seek out a well loved and experienced replacement for her. I spent lots of time researching Bay Area day spas to find an experienced aesthetician and selected someone at Elite Facials. Well that changed when I was contacted on the morning of my appointment and offered an earlier appointment. I was not told that the appointment would be with a different person. When I learned this the receptionist was immediately accountable for her error which I appreciated and rather than reschedule the appointment I stayed. Sophie is new and was trained by the person my initial appointment was with. Sophie is lovely and did a good job however her inexperience clearly was her lack of technique and strength for the neck, shoulder and arm massage. This is likely my favorite part of getting a facial and the massage was an important miss. This isn't at all surprising for someone getting started. Sophie is sincerely passionate about her new career and she will go far and be excellent as she gains the experience needed and develops better massage techniques. read more
