Incredible Experience with Elite Entertainment and DJ Brandon Review: We recently had the pleasure of working with DJ Brandon with Elite Entertainment for our wedding at Fern River Resort in Felton and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional service he provided. From start to finish, Brandon demonstrated the utmost professionalism, ensuring our special day was nothing short of spectacular. DJ Brandon's talent and energy were unmatched. He effortlessly created an electric atmosphere, keeping our guests entertained and on the dance floor throughout the night. His song selection was perfect, catering to various musical preferences and ensuring everyone had a great time. We received countless compliments from our guests about the fantastic music and seamless transitions between songs. He flawlessly coordinated with our wedding planner and other professionals to ensure smooth transitions and a seamless flow of events. Went to a family member's wedding last year and loved their DJ, so we decided to go with Elite Entertainment for our wedding as well. Booked the DJ last summer and were contacted by Elite entertainment about 2 months before the wedding with a detailed worksheet for the DJ (perfect for people like us that planned their own wedding). We got DJ Tony Villalobos and he was amazing! Contacted us a week in advance, showed up in a good time, coordinated as necessary with the officiator, played all the songs we had requested, did a great toastmaster job, and completely hit our music taste on the spot! He also had a genuine and great smile and attitude all night long! Top 3 things about Tony: 1 - Chose the perfect cutting-the-cake song out of our personal wish-list (We didn't know how to incorporate our favorite song in the wedding, but he knew to play 'Mulan - Be a Man' at the perfect time) 2 - Guided our conversation when discussing songs, and immediately understood what type of music we like. 3 - He pays attention to the details: at the last slow dance, all guests got into a big circle having their arms around each other's shoulders while we were dancing by ourselves outside of the circle. When Tony noticed, he called out in the microphone "hey everybody, the bride and groom are over here!" which made our guests open the circle and enclose us in it. We danced our last slow dance, of the night, surrounded by everyone we love and care for, and we couldn't have been happier with the DJ we had! Thank you Tony! Definitely recommend Elite Entertainment! read more

Less than impressed! Slightly disappointed!! If I had to do my wedding over again - the only thing I would have changed would have been the dj - but for the most part the wedding was still a fantastic moment in time. All the communication before the big day with turner was great! And we spoke to the dj a few days before our wedding to confirm the last of our details - including our grand entrance song - only for him to ask 'what is the song you want for your grand entrance?' As we were lining up to walk in! (Guess he forgot!) no big deal because I remembered!) Then my mom asked him to remind everyone to sign the guest book (a few times) - he may have forgotten this request as well - not everyone signed! And my mom had to keep asking him a few times to make the announcement! Then again my mom requests the chair dance - a few times - And we were very clear we wanted this if anyone was to ask for it) - she felt completely ignored by the dj and this never got done! We asked that people be able to request their own songs but people later stated he did not play their requests. Also something I learned - before throwing the bouquet the dj should not just say 'single ladies' since everyone mostly had boyfriends they did not gather around to catch the bouquet - make sure the dj says 'not married ladies! Or the crowd would have been bigger!! Everything moves rather quickly but I thought the dj should have known better. After the wedding, several guests made negative comments about the dj!! read more

We were impressed with Elite Entertainment from our very first conversation with them. They were responsive and professional. We met with Robey Saylors a few months prior to our wedding. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was very genuine and personable. He walked us through the entire process of what would take place from that day right up to the actual day of our wedding. The process was extremely organized and it focused on our needs and expectations. Thirty days before our wedding, Robey sent us paperwork to complete which covered our music selections, bridal party's names, special requests, etc. At Robey's request, a couple of days prior to our wedding, he scheduled an appointment to go over the paperwork to make sure he understood everything, including making sure he had the correct pronunciation of everyone's names. He also provided guidance and suggestions about how things should flow. He was very thorough and detailed. The next time we saw Robey was at our wedding reception. When we got there, he was in professional attire and very organized. He kept everything on track and flowing smoothly. We had an awesome reception because of Robey. We received many comments from our guests about what a great DJ we hired. Everyone had a blast. In fact, we were having so much fun that we extended our reception another hour. Thank you Robey for helping make our day so much fun and very memorable! Our Best! Steve and Tammy Doukas read more

Elite Entertainment was fantastic at our wedding in Nestldown this past weekend! I corresponded with Kevin for the wedding planning. He was very responsive and replied quickly through email with any questions I had. The worksheets he had me fill out were great in that they were detailed so I knew they think of everything we would need during wedding day. Maurice was our DJ and he was amazing!!. He called me to go over the details of our worksheet and even added in his own suggestions. Wedding planning can get really stressful when it's 1-2 weeks before the big day. And Maurice took some time on the phone to calm my nerves and remind me to make sure to enjoy the day. It was unexpected to have your DJ be the one to help you step back and breathe. Come wedding day, all our music choices, even things we had requested customized were spot on! Maurice really kept our wedding timeline going and everyone dancing on the dance floor until the end. Josh was our photobooth attendant and he reached out to introduce himself and make sure we had everything set how we wanted. He came on time and had the photobooth ready to go. The photobooth was a big hit and Josh was there to help all the guests. Super nice! He gave us a thumb drive with the digital photos which was so fun to look through the next day. Thank you everyone at Elite for making our wedding day fun and seamless! read more

I recently hired Elite Entertainment to DJ our wedding and worked with Brandon. Both the company and Brandon surpassed my expectations in all ways possible. Throughout the entire process, Elite Entertainment's team was professional. From the initial communication with the company to the final interactions with Brandon on the wedding day, their attentiveness and responsiveness were unparalleled. During my final details call, I was thoroughly impressed by Brandon's meticulous attention to detail. He asked insightful questions, prompting me to consider aspects I hadn't previously thought of, and left me feeling confident in his ability to seamlessly execute our wedding vision. The reception was a testament to Brandon's adaptability and expertise. When we had last minute changes to our initial requests, he effortlessly pivoted, ensuring the flow of the event remained smooth and uninterrupted. Brandon's playlist was exactly as we had discussed and he kept the dance floor packed all night long. Without a doubt, Elite Entertainment will be my go-to choice for any future DJ needs. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to client satisfaction make them stand out from others I've worked with in the past. read more

My wedding is 4 weeks away and I already have a complaint: I gave a deposit for a photo booth, ($300), and 5 hours of DJ time for my wedding. I have run out of money and have asked to cancel the photo booth, and, I assumed they would keep my $300 deposit. Instead, Elite has told me that I have signed a contract that stipulates I can cancel 60 days before but after that I have to pay the full amount of the photo booth, ($900). They gave me the option of using the photo booth another time if I choose, but I WILL PAY $900 REGARDLESS. They are LEGALLY right but ETHICALLY challenged. If I had the $900, I would have not called to cancel. I will tell everyone I know about this and if one wants a PRINCIPLED company, this is not it. I doubt my review will change the way they do business, but I know many people who value ETHICS over GREED that will think twice about using this company. FYI: a friend put up the rest of the money to keep this experience from tarnishing the rest of the wedding experience. The DJ had better be amazingly awesome now...... read more

DJ Ross was not only a part of our wedding reception on 19 April 2014, he was a major part. We left most of the music choices up to the DJ and he was able to read the crowd and chose near perfect music. Believe it or not you could also hold a conversation and dance too. He was there as a host to our games and did an outstanding job. The evening didn't go just as planned and Ross was always willing to cooperate and make changes. DJ Ross made sure everything ran smoothly so my bride and I could just enjoy the evening knowing that everything was in good hands. We were even given a CD at the end of the evening with all of our song choices, including the first and last bride/groom dances. A very nice touch. Elite Entertainment was 1) professional, 2) courteous, 3) answered e-mails and questions promptly, 4) left nothing to guesswork. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. read more

We're so glad we had Josh as our wedding DJ! From our first conversation, he was professional, organized, and easy to work with. Over the months leading up to the wedding, he helped us think through the timeline, music transitions, and overall flow of the day to make sure everything went smoothly. He was truly such a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our day special. On the big day, Josh was amazing. The music was spot-on, and he kept the energy up all night. He even took the time to make sure the tougher names in our bridal party were pronounced correctly during the reception intro, which we really appreciated. That level of care and attention to detail truly stood out. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Josh again. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful DJ! read more

June 27, 2015, Kevin Combs was our Professional DJ. Kevin ensured our Wedding day was stress free and up to excellent standards. Kevin was great with the time frames, (Best man toast, 1st dance, wedding party introductions, cutting cake, garter toss). He came dressed in professional attire. Theres no doubt that Kevin had a huge part in the success of our memorable wedding. The dance floor was utilized 99% of the time! Kevin knows his music. We continue to get wonderful compliments of how great our DJ was. Kevin is very personable and polite. We are beyond grateful we chose Kevin with Elite Entertainment for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Elite Entertainment for our September wedding, and our DJ, Josh, was absolutely incredible. He managed our timeline seamlessly, transitioning from one part of the evening to the next with ease. Communication was a breeze--he was responsive, followed our song preferences, and made sure every song on our "must play" and "do not play" lists was ready to go. On the day of, he exceeded all expectations. During the dance portion, Josh flawlessly handled a flood of EDM and K-pop requests from our guests, keeping the energy high and our friends dancing all night long. We just had our wedding on May 22nd and it wouldn't have been all it was if it wasn't for Roberto! He played all the music I requested, he was very professional and kind! I was a little stressed out in the beginning before the big intro because my bridesmaids couldn't figure out my bustle! Roberto waited patiently and told me everything is fine, if we needed to push it out a few mins longer we totally could! Thank you!!! I even got surprised with a little *NSYNC (my fav)!! Definitely the highlight of my night! :) Roberto checked in on us to see how the night was going, and if we needed anything. Honestly hands down the best DJ ever! I will be referring everyone to Elite Entertainment!!! You guys are the best and I am so very thankful we found you! read more

TURNER is the best! I loved my wedding and he was part of what I loved so much about it! He took care of us - rolled with the punches and made sure we all had a blast! My family and I like to have a good time and Turner was right there with us... actually, I wouldn't have minded if he joined us all on the dance floor! From the procession to the party, everything was perfect! He even helped us incorporate my husband's love for hard rock in the wedding (our families and older generation don't have much taste for Avenged Sevenfold) but Turner made sure we had the songs that were important to us as a couple in the wedding but bearable for the guests!! For all you rockers - ask Turner about Vitamin String Quartet! I HIGHLY reccommend Turner :) read more

I can't even begin to explain how absolutely pleased I was with the service provided to me by elite entertainment. I hired Elite Entertainment for my recent wedding. DJ Paul was the perfect match for our wedding. He was engaged with the guest during the dancing which really got people on the floor, the flow of songs was perfect, and he was also a fantastic MC when making sure the mike made it to each of the speakers during the toasts. He also worked with me to make sure that all the songs we wanted were available and screened other songs for appropriate content, as there were many kids at our wedding. The pricing is also incredibly reasonable, especially for everything they provided. 10 out of 10 will use this company again one day. read more

WOW! DJ Turner was the Best! He made the wedding flow smoothly the entire night. He was very helpful throughout the ENTIRE process from beginning to end!!! From the initial meeting to the final song, DJ Turner was very professional, patient and courteous. He eased our initial wedding nerves, assisted in the scheduling/planning and ran a smooth, fun, uplifting night of GREAT music!!! EVERYONE had a GREAT time dancing the night away to ALL of his music. Tony Villalobos was our wedding DJ and he exceeded our expectations. We wanted to play very specific songs during the wedding, but our guests seemed happy dancing a couple of specific music styles from which we selected only a few songs. Tony did a fantastic job playing exactly the songs our guests wanted to dance! He is truly bilingual (Spanish & English), so our families and friends (from Mexico, Venezuela, the States, Brazil, Switzerland, France, etc.) were able to understand every instruction he kindly gave us. He was able to keep our very diverse people dancing throughout the night without interruption! Fantastic! read more

We had Elite Entertainment DJ our wedding on St Patty's Day 2011. I can say that we were more than pleased with the results. In looking for a quality DJ, I heard nothing but horror stories. But from the first time we met with Turner Hayes, we knew we were in good hands. He knew exactly what we were looking for for our special day. Turner was great, even helped out with an error the hotel had made when setting up the tables. He was on time (early actually), courteous and kept our timeline moving. It has been a pleasure working with Elite. I believe music can make or brake a wedding and thanks to DJ Dan our wedding has been the talk of the town. We really appreciate Dan taking the extra time to listen to what we really wanted so that our wedding music would be a representation of who we are even-though it wasn't your traditional wedding music. Elite Entertainment was so easy to deal with, from the payments to setting up the playlists. We had DJ Kevin, who was awesome. We organized our wedding from Nevada, but Kevin stayed in constant communication to double check our playlists, make appropriate recommendations, and double check the pronunciation of some of the more difficult to prounounce names in our party. He was thorough and did a great job the day of. I would recommend Elite to anyone getting married in the Bay Area. His props are clean and organized, and he has thousands of photobooth templates to choose from to match the event. He also provided all of the photobooth photos in digital form. This was an unexpected bonus! During our reception, we played the 'Newlywed Game." Alan had the newlywed game theme song and the sounds for the right and wrong answers on cue. It added so much to the guest experience, and we couldn't have been more pleased.
