My teacher was coach brian, My class was driver's ed the class was decent and pretty simple 3 hour classes he was very helpful

Elite Driving school is unfortunately an inept service business. Our driver was obscenely unkempt driving an outdated filthy car with fast food garbage. Where do local businesses hire these "candidates"? The icing on the cake was the young driving "professional" instructor was condescending to my daughter because he felt she had privilege and began to berate her in the car. Wow, how classy are you, berating a 15-year old girl? Seriously! You couldn't make this $h*! up. Business Recommendation: Please consider changing your name to "The non-inclusive Owings Mills DEI Driving School." read more

I was with Coach Brian during the process of obtaining a learner's permit. The class was decent and taught basic driving etiquette. This review does not include the driving scheduling process. I would say that this service is average. I would recommend it but not say it is the #1 spot over other options. read more

Ms. Gina is a top 3 teacher of all time. While driving school isnt fun nor exciting on paper she managed to keep it fun and informative all at once. I learned quite a bit and feel well prepared to do my in car sessions. read more

Just passed my test today! The instructors were kind and prepared me incredibly well for the test. They effectively taught me both how to be a safe driver in practical real-world situations as well as prepping me for the particular requirements and specific conditions for the test. They were also thankfully understanding with my unusually long time between drivers ed & completing my drive times (due to life circumstances) and were kind and patient when helping me schedule in-car lessons. read more

Ms. Keisha Was a very knowledgeable & very nice teacher ! Always made sure we understood everything to a T & always wanted us to ask questions ! Would definitely recommend this school to other people! read more

Elite Driving School - Driving school - Driving Schools Near Me - Owings Mills, Maryland

Parents beware - DO NOT fall for the minuscule discount Elite advertises at some of the schools (do your research). Elite's customer service is horrible - supposed owner and office staff both need to be educated on MVA requirements. BTW instructors are completely unprofessional- napping, stopping for instructor lunch breaks, spitting out the window, inappropriate conversations (convo not for drive time), one instructor completely exaggerated the truth on one record, and Elite charges for incomplete sessions (multiple sessions ended at least 15 min early). They also don't give feedback (satisfactory or unsatisfactory) directly to students (on portal) and I quote "we do that for our records only". Bottom line - after being fed up, transferred to an awesome driving school! read more

What a great experience my daughter had with the online classes and Mr. Brian as her instructor. She was engaged each day, happy to spend 3.25 hours behind a screen not if her videos, and she learned a lot. And she's happy. I'm happy. Thank you Elite and Brian. Job well done! read more

I am grateful and appreciative of Elite Driving School for working with me and helping me to become a good and safe driver. I've passed my road test and got my drivers license. I must add that my driving instructor, Danielle, was awesome. Thanks guys read more

If I could rate lower I would. Not only are they unprofessional.. They constantly messed up/ lost information and had lack of communication through instructors forcing you to redo classes you already took . Took the same class 4 times because they said I wasn't inside knowing I was and had proof I was. Then changed the story to I was kicked, knowing that's not true either. They don't refund you after they waste your time . I should've listened to the bad reviews they already had. Go to a different school!! read more

Although this was convenient for us, Elite was really hard to deal with. Scheduling drive times is difficult. I called and asked for help for both of my daughters and they only helped with one. They told me I did not ask about the other one. The drivers are on their phone the whole time and give little feedback. My one daughter had her last drive time and he gave her nothing to work on before her test. She said every once in a while he would look up and say something but little feedback. Look at ABC Driving in Timonium. Much better. read more

After my experience with having my two teenagers take classes with the school, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I found that their process was dedicated solely to making money as opposed to insuring that my children received invaluable skills toward licensure. My recommendation is to entrust this important milestone in your children's lives to another company. Elite Driving School IS NOT worth the cost. read more

Had a scheduled lesson. I received an email confirmation that my daughter was going to be picked up. The instructor never showed and then Covid hit. They never called or followed up at all!!! Now they are charging us over $150 because my daughter didn't complete the on hands lesson during their time period. If the MVA didn't require a certification from them, I would tell them to go to hell. The assistant manager talks like a robot with now empathy or customer service skills whatsoever. read more

Jean is AWFUL. Plain rude and takes no ownership and blames all mistakes on "corporate". I can only imagine this is going to get worse and worse to deal with. So very sorry I spent so much money on this place. Please don't use them. Please don't give them any more money. Jean will suck the life out of you when you have a simple issue because she simply does not care and will not do anything to help. Wish 0 stars were possible. This is the worst experience I have had with customer relations in years. read more

Horrible customer service and lack of communication from Jean at the front desk. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

If you are looking for a driving school do not pick this one!! I scheduled my hands on driving lesson a week before so I could take off work. Today I sat on my porch for 40 minutes waiting for my instructor to show up. They never did. Next thing I know I get a call from my father telling me that he was charged 60 dollars because "i never showed up." I called the school to see why they never showed and I was sent straight to voicemail twice! I finally got reach of them in a shared call with my father and tiffany the operator said that "she never spoke with me last week." How would i have appointments for 2 weeks in advance if I hadn't of called the school. She's the only female that works there (which is what she told me) so the person i talked to would have to be her because i talked to a woman. I stated that she wasn't telling the truth and she said that i'm a liar and hung up on us. what a horrible experience this has been! i finally mustered up the courage to drive and now my confidence has gone back down due to this situation. terrible place, miserable people. read more

Horrible driving school. Horrible service, attitudes from instructors and staff, not organized at all, instructors were late and had no answers and they gave the wrong paperwork to my child which most likely means they sent the wrong paperwork to the Mva so she won't be able to take her drivers test next week so I do not recommend and honestly say it is a horrible and not worth the money read more

Excellent driving school. Well worth every penny I paid. Staff was very kind and professional. My daughter came out with a lot of knowledge about driving and what to do in a bad situation. I feel like I got my money's worth and wasn't just paying to get my child a license. I feel she passed herself and was made a very cautious driver because of the knowledge she was given. I wish I would have had this class when I was a child. I would recommend this driving school to my friends and family. read more

Unprofessional company. My daughter took their 36 hour program. The classroom instructor was not providing the full 30 hours of classroom time, letting the class out 1.5 hours early from a 3 hour class. During the driving lessons the instructor spent most of the time on their phone. Poor customer service and very disorganized. read more

Class and driving instructor Mr. B. is great, but the office not so much. Not very nice or helpful.

Terrible Driving School.. Pls dont waste your hard earned money! $395 for basic drivers ed class that i signed up for. i called 24hrs before the scheduled start date and i was told to call back to speak to the manger concerning rescheduling. On speaking to the VERY VERY Rude Lady Manager at the Dolfield Office she told me i couldn't reschedule and my $100 deposit couldn't be refunded.. I said OK and I've forwarded the case to Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately for her I'm a very EDUCATED consumer and i know my rights. I've heard very similar cases and they always get away with taking peoples money and not providing the service. Well this time around, we'll have to see what happens next, nowhere on their website do they mention a non refundable deposit. thank God i didn't pay the full $395 else i'll be at a larger loss. Shame on them! I've fowarded my case to the Better Business Bureau and i'll give an update on the findings. read more

I found the Elite Driving school to be a bureaucratic, inept and overall time wasting organisation. The class is a mundane and complete waist of time that teaches very little in the realm of actual skills for driving a car. the procedures and policies of the company feel excessively bureaucratic and generally complicate the posses of obtaining a licence to the point that it takes a frustratingly long time (it has taken me over a year and i still do not have a licence). they require that drive times be spaced out over periods up to 2 week and available drive times can never be scheduled in a short time. I do not know if this is purely policy or if they are incapacitate of providing driving instruction in a reasonable time frame. to be more specific i find one of their instructors Mr. Beverly to be disagreeable, aggravating and inept. I find my self to be a worse drive when he is in the car with me and would advise anyone who uses this company to avoid his instruction at all cost. to conclude with one final complaint the final drive time is an examination. this point is not stressed to the point that i was not aware of this until i was in the car on my third drive. if you fail this examination they will require you to retake it at a fee of 125 dollars; it is done in a manor that i personally feel extorted and mistreated by the company. To add to this list of complaints they failed to send my information to the MVA upon the completion of their course which is supposed to be done automatically. the result of this is was further that I had to reschedule my driving test and had my time once again wasted by the ineptitude of this company. find their conduct as a business to be improper in its simplest form and immoral in its truest expression. i would advise anyone seeking drives ed to avoid the services of this company unless absolutely necessary and hope that they may improve the ethicacy and conduct as a business. read more
