Making an uncomfortable experience speedy and painless. Sara, who cleaned my teeth, was super personable and so gentle. Sara is passionate about her job and has great attention to detail. The woman loves cleaning teeth, and that's who you want in your mouth! I've been anxious about this visit but all these women worked hard to make it a breeze and guide me back into a proper dental care.

If you advertise emergency dental services, patients should not be denied when they show up with insurance and an appointment. Waiting days for an emergency visit only to be refused at the door is unacceptable. If this clinic cannot actually handle emergency cases, they should remove "emergency dental" from their website instead of advertising a service they are not prepared to provide.

Total bummer! Finding a new provider can be tough, but I had a midmorning appointment with Dr. Ross Erickson and ended up having a really great experience. I arrived a little early and was warmly greeted by Andrea at the front desk. She was welcoming and professional, which set a positive tone right away. Shortly after checking in, Maria, the dental hygienist, called me back. She was just as kind and welcoming. Maria took the time to go over everything and clearly explained what would be happening during the visit. Dr. Erickson came in within just a couple of minutes after Maria finished. He introduced himself, asked if I had any specific concerns, and made sure to walk me through everything during the exam.
