A very friendly receptionist called me the next morning and I was given an appointment the following day. Their schedule is very flexible and I am grateful they were able to see me so quickly. I went in for a routine exam/cleaning and found I had two cavities. They were able to get them filled in that appointment and took scans for retainers so my teeth don't shift (sorry, mom, the dog ate mine from grade school). All in the same appointment! Every staff member I interacted with was warm and pleasant. Special shout out to Paige for her exceptional care and consideration. She was sure to explain everything that was happening or going to happen throughout the entire appointment. Truly a top notch dental assistant! Dr. Christoper Coulter was wonderful as well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and took special measures to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction during a dreaded process. Monika was the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and she also took special measures to ensure I understood what she was looking for and how the process was going to work. He and his team are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable in the field. Dr. Bender recommended having a cavity filling / replacement done of my old silver fillings. I've had the silver fillings since I was a kid and I was hesitant on getting work done especially with a new dentist. Upon my request, Dr. Bender took the time to explain everything that he recommended over email and the reasoning for his recommendations. It made sense so I went for my replacement appointment. As a child, I've had some aggressive dentists - but this time, I barely felt the needle for the numbing injection. The filling was seamless and I even got to watch Netflix during the appointment! The appointment was done in about 50 mins for one filling. It was very quick and it turns out I was nervous for no reason at all. :) Not to mention, the new white filling looks great. Without a doubt, I highly recommend St Paul Dental Center!…read more I was a lucky (or unlucky) person to not have two adult teeth come in and at the ripe age of 27 one baby tooth decided it was time to go. My regular dentist pulled my tooth and recommended I go to Dr. Lingle for my implant. From my initial consultation appointment, I was highly impressed and I knew I was in good hands. The staff is very professional and they explain the entire process thoroughly and they don't let you walk out of the office until your confident and understand everything. They explained the implant procedure process, the timeline, the billing, how they would work with my regular dentist throughout the process, and schedule my appointment immediately, I was amazed! Shortly after, I had my implant done. It was a very quick and painless procedure where Dr. Lingle explained everything he was doing and made sure I was okay the entire time. As we wrapped up and I was about to head home, he gave me the office phone number, his cell phone number, and home phone number in case I had questions or any issues. Luckily, I never had to call to him because everything went perfectly. The worst part about this process was that my insurance company told me they covered my implant and afterwards they said they didn't. After talking with three employees at my insurance company and not getting anywhere, I spoke with Dr. Lingle's office and they took immediate action and had an answer to me within 24 hours. I was so impressed by how they helped me that it helped my frustrations with my insurance company not helping. After some healing time, I visited for my final appointment and I healed up perfectly and was ready for the next step in my process. Even though my insurance won't cover in the future, I will be returning for my 2nd implant when the time comes.
