I thought this may have been an individual experience but based on reviews and conversations I've had with co-workers, this behavior is very common amongst many Monarch dental offices. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the hygienist, Mai. She did her best to make sure I felt heard and validated my concerns the best she could in her role. Although I didn't agree with the treatment options, she was very kind in explaining Monarch's procedures. The dentist consultation was very brief and unhelpful in answering any questions. While attempting to ask questions Dr. Arturo dismissed/talked over me, to speak directly to the hygienist. So just because someone else decided to cancel their appointment, I have to now cancel my appointment for my child who is in pain. No empathy whatsoever, just sorry we can't help you. If that's any reflection on how well the providers are going to care for you or your children, I'd steer away from this office.
