They will teach you everything you need to know on how to become a successful CNA and/or PCT in a matter weeks and this class is the perfect balance of fun, professional and informative. By taking this class, you will be more than successful working within the medical field. HIGHLY recommend!

Class was about 4 hours long. Our instructor was Mabel who is BSN and very nice. The class pretty…read moremuch gives you as much of the most important information you need within those few hours. Most of the class is watching a video and receiving lecture. The last hour is followed up by a brief hands on technique with a mannequin that you will get to do once while the instructor guides you through. A quick 5 minute overview on how to use the IV pump is talked about but not really included in the class. You receive a certificate at the end of the course. You're not going to leave the class being proficient in IV certification but you will have basic knowledge. Remember the class is only a few hours long. It is a good class for someone who already is a nurse and needing to add to their skill level since nurses have already studied the material. A nursing/medical background will be better in order to comprehend some of the terminology which is why the IV pump machine is not spoken about. You can pay when you get there in person if you aren't sure about the legitimacy of the institution and if paying online seems risky. I did not see any reviews when I signed up so I was skeptical before taking the course. However, it's a straight forward class to take and I would recommend it to a friend. You also are given some literature to take home.

Make sure you reach out directly to your advisor. I was 2 days behind the registration (before…read moreHarvey occured) and it is weekend on that day. I didn't register for classes yet for Fall 2017 due to compliant issues. Came back on weekday (Monday) went to the lady in the Admission Center since the school is still closed, they only have the office open for some other concerns, I told the lady about my problem, she approached me nicely, but she didn't let me see my advisor since the registration for Fall is already over even before the Hurricane Harvey started. She says there's nothing I can do about it even if I wanted to see my advisor, will surely tell me the exact same thing the lady told me. Frustrated, went back home and reach out to my advisor, left her a voicemail. The next day she was able to register me for classes! And that I should have insisted to see her that day because classes haven't started yet. Ugh! From that on, I always come to my advisor first.

I would like to strongly caution you against enrolling your child at this facility. We were…read moreprovided with zero feedback on our son's progress. After 2 months of my son being taught the same objectives, I got some results stating that he scored 6 questions better in math and 2 questions worse in reading than he did on his baseline test when he first enrolled. There was no explanation about why he scored the way he did and also no reassurance on a plan for his future objectives. That's when we decided to withdraw him. Tushar Kumar, the director, who was nowhere to be seen the entire 2 months while my son was enrolled, suddenly wanted to meet with us to convince us to stay. After several refusals, he finally relented. However, he stalled for several weeks before actually sending us a refund of the unused hours. Then when we finally got the check, he said he took out $250 as an early withdrawal fee. This fee is nowhere in the contract I signed so I consider that money stolen and I told him so. At that point, he demanded the check to be returned because he was insulted. I will be taking this business to small claims court. If you care about your child's learning, I urge you to take your child somewhere else. And Tushar, if you try to dispute this claim, I will update this post with a picture of the contract as well as all of our email communications over the last few weeks.
