This is the person to get your Dental Laser Certification from. Frances, affectionately known as Frankie Is very knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic when teaching this class. She makes it fun and the hours passed by so much faster than one ever could have imagined. She's patient and Very helpful with the hands-on . She is really supportive and takes the time by being willing to work with you individually . Frankie is encouraging and wants you to be able to get the technique down . She was also great with sharing her experiences adding inspiring videos that are easy to watch . Oh and guess what else? She is available even after the class; days , weeks , months later. If you have any additional questions later on which I did , she was happy to help me with that as well. I don't know any other seminar instructor that does that.
