I haven't had issues with my teeth or had any issues with different dentists, but since I've…read morestarted seeing them I feel like I've been getting recommendations to do more work than probably is necessary since I've taken very good care of my dental health. They charged me over 500 dollars to get a mouth guard (since I grind at night which is true) that I lost shortly after getting it and tried to get them to make me a replacement immediately after I lost it at a work trip and they said it wouldn't fit and that I would need a whole new set of imprints which is incorrect. I would be skeptical of some of their recommendations. I also had a crown and it did fit correctly and they tried to fit it again and I continued to have pain with my jaw and overall the dentist didn't even come look at personally she just sent me to a specialist and said I "might" need a root canal. Now I might have a unique situation but it doesn't appear that way and this appears to be standard practice so I'll be finding a new dentist. The staff is generally friendly and the office is up to code but, at this point I don't think the dentist has done a competent job and I would not recommend them to any friends or family. Nor do they really seem like they care about the pain my teeth and jaw have been.

From the first appointment, I never felt judged, I was treated kindly and with respect. We found the perfect solution for what I needed. The entire process took about 13 months, but I was very happy with the process. The ladies at the front desk were always very nice and we built a nice friendship along the way. Dr McKnight was AMAZING! He really listened that I was very fearful of dentists and pain tolerance was a high priority for me. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and when I would show some pain, he made sure to take a step back and let me ease into it and he would take care of any pain right away. I appreciated that!! The cost came in lower at the end than what was quoted to begin with, so that was VERY NICE! And I am now done with the process and have a beautiful smile. Their office is really updated, nice and has all the top of the line dental necessities. 100% recommendation!!

I found out that she bypassed my teeth and cleaned out my nose. sure my mouth tasted bad, then she sprayed liquor in my mouth and told me to suck again. this was the worse experience I have ever had. of course I had to come back to my real appointment. The next lady actually cleaned my teeth well with no fallout. they know what they are doing especially when I'm not aware of it. good service though.

They called to get her rescheduled the next day (Saturday) and they rescheduled the appointment for Monday. She showed up before the scheduled time on Monday, and they postponed the appointment for 2 hours later in the afternoon. They stated it would be about 40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. While waiting I thought well I'll run up to the pharmacy to get her antibiotic prescription. The problem is they wouldn't call in the prescription till after the appointment was done. They're very disorganized.

First thing I noticed was that her technique was almost painless. I was astonished! Dr. Christiansen was gentle and affable, and I felt about as relaxed as I could be during the root canal! I returned a few days later to be fitted with my crown. She performed some calculations with a laser then showed me how they crafted the crowns. It was an interesting process. Soon I was back in the chair with the good doctor making adjustments for my bite. The crown felt good and when I got home, I examined it and all I can say is that my crown is pretty! I chose this place solely based on the close proximity to my house. Best part is that the reviews couldn't be more spot on. They're friendly, they care, and they do a great job. My first visit required me to do some X-Rays in addition to a cleaning and they made the process painless. Yesterday's cleaning went without a hitch, quick and effective. I hate to admit that I am blanking on the name of my dental hygienist, but she's amazing! Dr. Christiansen is personable and polite. There's a reason this practice has been around for as long as it has. Would recommend to anyone on this side of town looking for reliable dental care!

!!!!!! Do NOT get teeth extracted here !!!!!!! While I have had amazing dental care from Dr Foster…read more(THANK YOU to her!), today I had the worst medical trauma of my life when Dr. Jung extracted my tooth while I was in obvious pain and extreme discomfort. My body was shaking uncontrollably and I was crying and asking for tissues Throughout the 40 min procedure. He put a 2nd shot of Novocain in when he was 1/2 done but continued working immediately, not giving it any time to set in... and I continued crying and shaking and yelling out in pain throughout the entire procedure. I couldn't even speak afterwards because I was weeping and deeply troubled by the violation that had just occurred. I know now I was having an anxiety attack. I just sat in the chair crying until I could get myself out of there as quickly as possible. I had even told Dr Jung and another member of his team about a prior negative experience involving a root canal specialist ripping my root out even though I was signaling I could feel the pain and he also never stopped. I specifically told Dr Jung "as long as you listen to me if I express I'm in pain, all will be ok." But he NEVER stopped the extraction. Just said he was "almost done" and I was "doing a great job." He didn't even check on me or say goodbye before I left. He was already on to the next patient as I wept in the chair. He never spoke to me again. Three members of his staff called to check on me in the days that followed but the OWNER who violated my face and my trust in dentists had not spoken one word to me since he said "I'll give you a minute" as I wept uncontrollably in his chair unable to even look a human in the eyes. He just went on with his day and week and life and let his (amazing!) team pick up the pieces. I sobbed in my car for 25 min before I could drive safely home. I had to use tapping to calm myself down enough to drive. In 2025, no one should have to go through that type of pain for a tooth extraction. It doesn't have to be traumatic or deeply painful both physically and emotionally. I was honestly still in shock and struggling with pain and sorrow and triggered trauma 10 hrs later. And then 5 days later when I got dry socket the pain was excruciating but I couldn't go back to that place for follow up care, so I spent $300 to have another dentist office treat the pain. Dr. Foster is an amazing dentist ... but I will never recommend anyone see Dr Jung and I had to tell my amazing dentist, Dr Foster that due to this extreme violation of body, spirit and trust I can never step foot in that office again.
