I've been practicing yoga and Pilates for several years, but in recent months I've been seeking a…read morenew exercise class to add to my existing routine. After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

I started and stopped many gym memberships over the years until I found this place. I am happy to report that after my first class here a year ago I have become dedicated to this studio working out 2 or 3 times a week. The workouts don't get any easier but because of all the support I receive here it doesn't matter. I can see the results ( I have actually definition in my arms now!) and am really truly happy.

Not only do that have a competitive dance team and classes for experienced dancers, they welcome people of all ages and levels to come out and have fun. They have a friendly, kind staff that will greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in. Think you will feel embarrassed if you can't get the combo? No problem!!!! They are there to help you learn and can make accommodations as needed. Convenient access from the highway too!!! He is very kind and patient, but also expects your best effort every-time you are on the dance floor. If you are looking to dance for fun, competition or that perfect wedding dance you need to contact him today. I recently had the pleasure of meeting his colleagues Holli and Shannon. They were both very warm and welcoming my first time in the studio. I had several dance with Shannon who is from my first impression a high level dancer with a lot of patience. Not dancing for several months I am very rusty and she gently guided me when I tried to remember my steps. The studio is in an Historic Mill Building converted to studio space and is so wonderful. They did a beautiful job of creating the spaces to just feel very comfortable. The dance floor is a dream; so big and well done. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to check this studio out. LOVE this gym…read more Clean. New. Bright. Vibrant. Very updated space. Locker rooms are nice, feels extremely high-end for a gym. Classes are great - Yoga, Zumba, and Step are favorites. Decent schedule and variety. All instructors are great. Offers once a week free Zumba to check-out the gym. Separate room for women-only workouts, which is a nice option. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always looking to improve. A little pricier than other gyms in the area - if you aren't going to attend any classes, I am not sure if the added expense would be worth it. But if you like gym classes at all.... ABSOLUTELY worth checking out.

They have every type of class under the sun - spinning, zumba, cardio kickboxing, indoor…read morerowing (the only place in RI), dance, hardcore boot camp, trx training, you name it, they have it. I think my favorite part about this gym is the excellent temperature control. Nothing's worse than a room temperature gym. All of the rooms for classes (each class has it's own room because the place is HUGE) are decorated, classy, and properly cooled. They have smaller sized changing room then is normal for most gyms, but it does have two showers, two bathrooms, and two sinks. Lockers and towels are free. There are plenty of machines, a room for women only, and from what I've seen it's never been too busy. 426 looks like a big warehouse, but they've done a really nice job with it. The manager, Paul, is also very nice - you can get a free 3 day pass to try out the gym and there are a ton of different priced membership/qasi-membership options depending on what you want to use the gym for. They have a parking lot off of Rosa street, with plenty of parking.

The prices are the lowest that I have came into contact with. They are also very resourceful and try to use the same costumes more than once so you are not buying a lot. They also started a $55 flat rate on each costume which is very affordable especially when it comes to other dance schools. They recitals TELL A STORY! It is not like other dance schools where they just pick a song and dance. They pick a theme such as the Wizard of Oz and each child is a character in the show. It is like a play without words. It gets the audience engaged and everything about it is wonderful!
