My experience with this…read moreprogram was not only disappointing, but emotionally distressing and incredibly unprofessional. When I informed the school that I was pregnant and wanted to withdraw, I was told I couldn't get a refund -- only that they could "freeze" my enrollment. Wanting to push through, I stayed and nearly completed the course, but was later unable to meet a physical clearance requirement due to medical restrictions from my doctor during pregnancy. When I asked to freeze the course again until after delivery, the school refused and failed me instead. After giving birth, I reached out to re-enroll and was told I'd get a discount -- but no one would tell me what that discount was. On top of that, I was told there were no class openings for a long time, even though spots were clearly available online if I paid full tuition. The director, Ade Olanrewaju, was especially unprofessional -- slow to respond, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. I was met with coldness and hostility during a time I needed basic understanding and support. I feel humiliated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. If you value integrity, compassion, and respect -- especially during life circumstances that may be out of your control -- I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This school does not care about its students. Only their money. Edit, I didn't know that saying i am gonna talk with a lawyer is considered threatening!

We are extremely thankful we found Texas swim academy. Our son learned to swim before he could…read morewalk! Jamie is an incredible swim instructor and we can never thank her enough for teaching our son to swim. The infant survival program was set up perfectly to teach our son to swim in just a few short weeks. It might sound expensive for private swim lessons but the results are definitely worth the investment. We can relax a little better this summer knowing our 10 month old can swim when we take him to the pool. We are forever thankful to Jamie and the Texas Swim Academy!
