This is probably the worst business I've ever seen. I paid $60 through paypal for cpr training and then the class was cancelled until the following week. It was cancelled again that week so I finally asked for our money back and they stopped contacting me. I opened a case on paypal and this was their response:
" The client paid for a CPR class which needed to be reset, due to lack of students signed up. Client was informed and also asked what day would be most convenient for the class. The client did not have a preference. So, the class was reset. He since, disputed the class and says its because the class was reset several times. We only offer refunds if we are unable to do a class at all, in a reasonable amount of time."
They never told us that there was a possibility that the class may be cancelled when we paid. Paypal does not issue refunds on services whether the service was received or not. I had to go through my credit card company to be refunded my money. I would definitely NOT recommend them. If you need cpr training, go somewhere else even if you have to spend a little more. read more
